Gaedren Lamm A local crime lord and villain, Gaedren Lamm is a deplorable crook well past his prime, yet possessed of a tenacious ability to stay one step ahead of the Korvosan Guard while maintaining complete control of his band of young pickpockets recruited from the city’s street urchins and orphans. His cruelty and capacity to destroy the lives of those he touches are matched only by his gift for avoiding reprisal. He has a reputation for quick yet brutal flashes of anger, tempered only by his lust for young boys and the gold that his enterprises bring him.

Alymora Vitana Description: Vibrant. Everything from her mannerism to her appearance to the colors she chooses bears this description. Alymora is an exceptionally attractive middle-aged Varisian woman who is very passionate and proud of her heritage, which she displays openly in her dress and jewelry. Her hair still retains much of its dark raven color of her heritage, but has begun to show signs of graying at the edges. In spite of her mature appearance, Alymora maintains youthful exuberance and energy that is both infectious and hard to resist. Smiles and laughter come easily to her face and dance to her feet.

Variel Illumvatar Description: Variel has shoulder length dark hair and his handsome elvish face maintains a demeanor of erudite calm. Variel has a regal air to his mannerisms, both in person and in dress, and his eyes show the experience of age, his face showing some the signs of the elvish equivalent of middle age. Variel believes firmly in the rational nature of the world and tries to be rational and unemotional about his approach to worldly matters. A intangible, barely perceptible sensation of Variel's arcane talents can be felt by those sensitive to magical energies, but outwardly there is no indications that he is anything but an elvish scholar and librarian.

Madam Zellara Zellara is a handsome middle-aged Varisian woman, dressed in a silk dress with several scarves and a shawl. Beautiful, but simple jewelry jangle from her wrists and ears. The scent of cloves and vanilla are strong in her presence.

Sergeant Gerard Janderholm A young and inexperienced member of the Korvosan Guard, Gerard is trying to prove his worth to his family, the smallest of noble houses in Korvosa.

Sabine Merrin One of the most beautiful women you've ever seen stands waiting outside a pair of massive black doors, a large, curved blade strapped to her back. Her looks are only matched by the obvious deadliness with which she carries herself. This is Sabine, the Queen's handmaiden and personal bodyguard.

Queen Ileosa Arabasti Ileosa Arabasti is a beauty almost without equal. She has fiery red hair, porcelain skin, and a face that could cause wars.
