![]() As far as I am aware psionics are a 3rd party source and as such won't be allowed (I know you changed your mind) Summoner is fine, as long as you're on the ball with the summon stats etc. (Two games, two summoners eh? ![]() Min maxers tend to die horribly quickly in my games ![]() Still pond: make that HP 1 a minimum of 5, no point going squishy ![]() Character page has been updated with a bit more info on HP Felyx, the Dwarven kingdom that fell to orcs works fine EDIT: Moridain - Rich Parents gives you a flat 900gp not +900 gp. I'd also prefer it if you stick to the given traits. - All traits must be run past me prior to picking -Bug

Heh, didn't notice the summoner thing. Only two summoners I have ever played as well. Very very different characters though, and since Quintil (in the other game) is a Master Summoner they will play very different as well.
![]() How about Birthmark and Extremely Fashionable then? I have a great RP reason for the birthmark, while the second is mostly good upbringing and sheer vanity in stat form. ![]()

Both are fine. Just remember that a lot of jewellery makes you a target for thieves

Okay, if we're short a healer, maybe I can think if something (we couldn't use CLW wands anyway, well, maybe my rogue could, but not anyone else without that spell on their class list, right? Or is this different in Pathfinder?)
The problem I am going to have is playing a PC with a low wisdom score, since that is the base for a cleric or druid... Unless I play my original druid idea...but how can you have a character with no common since but a high wisdom? I could play it more like he has common sense, but just doesn't care about the consequences of his actions. It's funny, most players don't like clerics, but I usually play them. I just wanted something differerent this time around. I'll see what I can come up with, since we have some time to tweak our PCs. |

All right, Bug, I am going to go with my first druid choice. I will have to play him as more curious than having no common sense. But he's still going to not have any tact; he'll consider it brutal honesty more than accidental foot in mouthishness...
Now we have a healer, yay! |

Healing will be accommodated mostly, potions are available, and if there are no healers I'm sure one of the first magic items you come across will be a magic item of some sort to help out
![]() Everyone just play what you want -Bug

No problem, I already changed my PC, and I had wanted to play a druid anyway, it was just how to mesh his personality with his wisdom score.
He's a plains archetype druid, and his two traits are fast talker and deft dodger. |

What is his wisdom? As anything lower than 10 can't cast spells remember (10+lv of spell WIS required)
Everything else is fine. -Bug

He's got a 12, so he can cast his 2nd level spells now. At 4th level I'll raise his WIS to 13, so he can cast 3rd level spells.
If he continues gaining levels, he might have to switch to another class because he won't be able to cast higher level spells. He'll get 4th level spells at 7th level, but will only have a 13 WIS. Once he hits 8th level he could increase WIS to 14 and play catch up. I usually don't worry about leveling up too much, most games don't go on that far. |

Don't forget magic items too, a +2 headband is 4k, plenty of cash for a few extra levels

Trait approval:
(dwarf trait) Glory of Old: You receive a +1 trait bonus on saving throws against spells, spell-like abilities, and poison.

Thanks for the approval and for the HP. I posted my character up in the characters thread. Let me know if it passes muster. I wasn't sure if I could use racial variants or not, so I just did. Let me know if you want me to change that, or if anything else I did was wrong or inappropriate.
I went with the shtick of using natural weapons while raging with the option of unlevling the playing field by sundering an opponent's weapon. I was considering going all grapple, but it took more feats than I liked and I wanted other options so I went with better DR and some power attack feats. I'll probably build toward the spell sunder power if he lives that long. I also took inspiration from all his 13s for his abilities, and made him unlucky as a sort of character flavor or flaw. This way, when I roll a 1, it is 'in character' ![]()

Sounds good. Don't worry about unlevelled playing fields, I'm an unorthodox DM...
Just state somewhere which alternates you are using so I can cast my eye over it all. Also, expect to be showered with RPXP. I have a good feeling about this -Bug

Naresh, you said you were looking for a game to play in?
I have one that is just starting up, I changed it from 3.5 to Pathfinder just for you, if you're interested. It's nothing too spectacular, but might be fun if you're looking for a laid back game - I'm only looking for 3 players and I have one already...so if you know someone looking for a game, or if any one you other players here are looking for something, Here is the link... http://www.rpgcrossing.com/forumdisplay.php?f=11195 |
