Well I am GMT+1 brisub, most of the posting happens at what seem like strange times to me (sometimes when I am asleep.)
You aren't the only one having that issue. |

So where are we XP wise, and what growth rate are we using? We've been in two fights, though admittedly small, and done a few other things.

If I get time, I was going to do a little RP writing that leads into her next class and whatnot (or next level, as I'm a little undecided whether to go Rog/Rng or straight Rog). I'm beginning to like the idea of her using a pair of weapons, actually, but we'll see.

Ok so I've never run a game on this site before, and have no idea how to give XP out. How does it work?

Not sure. I don't think that the XP given in the little avatar block is the same as character XP, though. It appears to be for the writer.

Game XP is just the same as tabletop, RPXP is a reward for fantastic posts, and any person can give it to another player. I have given it to most of you guys already, but I have been a little slack recently.
In the game I am running, stopping points are rare, but when the players have done enough to merit it, I grant everyone a level, rather than counting out the exp - I would rather reward good RP than combat. |

I get that, but how do I grant it? Is there a button or something?

The scales next to the little ! sign at the top right of the post you want to grant it for - the amount given depends on your own forum status. Before the site got revamped I had a respectable amount, and could give a decent amount, but now it is a lot less.
As for where we should be XP wise, I think at least 1/3 of the way to level 2, but Delvarian is boss haha. |

Interesting, thanks. I'll have to work out the XP I'm going to give based on both RP awesomeness and killing junk. 1/3 of the way is probably pretty fair.
And Brisub, not sure if you know, but in pathfinder it takes two levels of ranger to get the free dual wield skill. They did that so people wouldn't just take a level of ranger for it. Last edited by Delvarian; May 16th, 2013 at 09:44 AM. |

Yep. V3.5 does the same. Rogue gets rogue feats, so I may get it that way. Why I have to consider it now is to not waste a feat that I would otherwise get.
Also, I will take the extra skill point at each level up because she is a rogue primarily. |

I do have a question - do we pay for our rooms and board in this inn? If so, I might have to spend some time working in the kitchens or so to pay my way unless it is surprisingly cheap.
