Im failing to see the problem here. 3 levels in fighter gets you Armor Training 1, which increases the Max Dex on any armor you wear by +1.

In D&D Sorcerers and Wizards have 1d4 HD, but pathfinder gives them 1d6 HD. That makes 2d8 from Monk and 1d6 from Sorcerer (8 + 8 + 6 = 22). As for the Skill points, yes I'm putting the Favored class into skill ranks.

Well I kind of used my rough knowledge of him as a template, so kind of. The image I got certainly is. I don't know a lot about the Monkey King however, so who knows how close Appi will end up to being like him.

I also added some things I forgot to his character sheet real quick. I forgot to +1 to hit for his fist with Weapon Focus, I forgot to include a waterskin in his equipment, and finally in needed to add the bonus to his heal skill for having a healer's kit.

I have a question for the future of the game. I know we aren't using character traits in our creations, but would the feat Additional Traits be aloud when we get more feats latter on? I'm asking mainly caused I'd like to give Appi the trait Magical Knack latter on. If not I'm fine, I am just looking at possibilities for latter on.

Not just to the gameplay but to life in general. Ive been spending the past week or so dealing with a bunch of personal family issues that work in a tangled web and some of which involve my house. Unfortunately they are not anywhere close to being resolved and my school starts back up in a week. In fairness to you all, Im going to have to say Im sorry and close this down for the time being, I just cant get the time needed to make it work out unfortunately. Thank you all for everything.
