Description of Pengay

High in the mountains of ScarlaNoa's eastern border, Pengay is nestled deep into the rocky cliff. The heavily fortified city walls guard the heart of ScarlaNoa's Military Aviation manufacturing and hide the large mining city's highly guarded secrets of Mana procurement from deep within the caves and caverns inside and below the Dragonfire mountain range.

Rail tracks for mining cars make up the majority of Pengay's streets leaving little room for carriages or other vehicles, re-purposed carts are now the way to travel through the city.
Pedal and Engine bikes are the typical vehicle choice when traveling on track, though there were a few carriages that have been uniquely customized for the Upper class

while creative motor enthusiasts have gone through great lengths to create their own types of personal transportation.

Pengay relies heavily on industry and technology to increase it's manufacturing capacity. On a typical day, polluted air from smog, created by a round the clock burn of coal, weighs on the city and creates rising health hazards to it's populace. Those who choose to live in Pengay, do so because of the coin to be made or because there is little other choice for some of the more cheaper realty in the State.

Information found out during the game:
  • The walls are made of reinforced steel. 6 inches thick. There was no break or crack to slip through.
  • Along the top of the wall, every 150 feet was a lookout tower, supplied with two archers each, one pointing out and one pointing in.
  • Pengay was a fortress.

As the game goes on.. I will add all information about cities you find out here in the original post. I'll update the thread with a quick * or something so you know I've added new information.
