Vandallas Corvidae You: Classic, Gamer, or CG. Or anything suitable, I’m not picky. I have been doing TTRPGs since 1986 and PBPs since about 1995. Have you checked out the system? What do you think of it? Do you have any comments or concerns? I am new to the system but it seems fairly versatile and a good fit for the posting rate and constrained writing in mind. How do you feel about the posting rate and the constrained writing challenge? I am eager for a daily posting rate and the shorter format should work perfectly. Pre-Apotheosis Concept: ... Scholar Major of the Order of the Scroll (knights). The world was far from perfect but the Order was on the road to making better by providing safety, justice, healing, and knowledge to as many would accept their help. Demigod Concept: ... Words of Knowledge, Health, and Sword. With the Order ripped asunder, Vandallas feels that it is his personal mission to bring his ascended abilities to the masses to continue the work of the Order. Worldbuilding Exercise: ... Binai a useless husk from the past, but considered by Order of the Scroll a valuable location to establish a fortress of accumulated knowledge named the Cache. Vandallas grew in knowledge and the Order here. Life was good until Night Roads appeared. The Cache was leveled. The Order devastated.

voodoozombie or voodoo is perfectly fine. Been playing TTRPG since the mid-80’s. Got my baby teeth on D&D 1st ed. and play by post for at least 12+ years. I’m now branching out and trying other game systems, including Mutants and Masterminds, Naruto 5E and now Godbound.

System Thoughts:
After reading it over I like the idea that it’s designed with both players and sandbox concepts in mind. It’s well thought out, yet flexible enough for individual and unique world building. It also encourages a lot of involvement in the world with possible consequences to a characters actions and how these actions could affect the world. The system design is also easy to follow, even if the player has little or no experience in roleplay games. I’ve never played Godbound before but I like what I see and I’m eager to give it a try.

Posting and Writing Challenge Thoughts:
With the short word count, it makes a daily posting rate realistic. The writing challenge with 50 words sounds pretty fun to me. It also keeps novel long posts at bay. Would world building be possible with a 50 word count? This might surprise a lot of people, including me, that it is possible. There is only one way to find out, and that’s to give it try.

Pre-Apotheosis Concept:
A farmer and herder that lives in a city state that was founded by her ethnic group. She and her people believe that in a time of need the city state’s patron Goddess of Weather will aid them by bestowing someone with her powers.

Demigod Concept:
A Storm Warrior. A demigod that can wield the fury of storms like a weapon of death and shake the earth at will yet be gentle enough to bring life back to a dying land and protect her people in times of trouble.
Possible Words: Sky, Bow, Sword, Fertility, Earth, Alacrity.

Worldbuilding Exercise In the center of Binai there grows a tree of great size and age. It always has green leaves and flowers that never die. Some say it was there before Binai was founded. Legend says when the leaves shrivel and the flowers wilt, it foretells the fall of Binai.

Not officially, although it'd probably be fair to say Easter's going to slow things down for most of us. Ordinarily I'd say something about patience, but seeing as none of our characters have Patience as a Word I instead propose a divine riot.
