Hello peoples!
In the before time, I played D&D up to 3.5. I bought the 4E books, but never got a chance to use them. Before 5E came out, I was looking into something to play with my kids and came to really like Pathfinder, but the young ones are still quite young. Besides, I'm really itching to play. I'm interested in Pathfinder, CoC, and 5E. It's great to see that there's a Serenity group here as well. I might even try my hand at Star Wars. One question -- do most people stick to one game? Or do people juggle multiple campaigns at once? |

Welcome to the club chummer!
Always glad to add an experience player to the roster. I can't speak for everyone, but I am in 7 games right now XD Most games only update 1 or 2 times a week after the honeymoon phase is over. It gives you plenty of extra time to try new systems and multiple story types. Just make sure not to over extend yourself. It's an easy problem when there are so many great games out there! Welcome, and let us know if there is anything we can do to help you settle in!

welcome!
Time is no man's friend, and that includes Table top gamers with families. Glad you found us, one of the benefits of PbP is flexibility. Hope you find time to really enjoy the games, and have a ton of fun with us! and most of us juggle several games... some juggle two or three, some juggle seven or eight, most juggle a couple of various speeds.

Goodday echtoran,
Very good first question; Quote:
I think it is safe to say that most players are in more than one game. Depends on the available time and sometimes players have a lot of free times, or multiple moments a dag/week to make a post. (usually, people working in a computer-friendly environment ;-) I noticed you mentioned your kids being too young but this morning I read something about a children-game, let me try and find it. BRB. Found it, over here; Admin Ronan is mentioning a kid-friendly game called 'An example for that being games, like No Thank You Evil, which is targeted to players as young as 5. Or simpler games like Dread, or Dungeon World'. Maybe an idea to try with your kids? ;-) Anywayzzzz, most important ofcurse: welcome over here and hope you have fun ![]()

Welcome to the site and hope you have a wonderful experience here.
I enjoy this site and everyone that I've crossed is nice and acceptable. Don't be afraid to reach out. And hope to cross paths once or twice in stories.
