There are enough of you to consider going inside to talk with Adril Hestrem regarding the recent time spent in investigating Nessian and the Warhounders. By chance the plot with Du'Moire unraveled further as the choices each of you have are laid out in front of Adril as they happened. Each giving there account of what exactly happened. There is some discussion regarding the ghouls beneath the Old Library and it does not phase the older fighter. Adril begins to speak candidly again as the room is secure and left to the seven of you besides the Grand Lodge's Captain Hestrem.

"Ah, so Gill was caught trying to get away and the only thing stopping him were those ghastly creatures of undeath. Doesn't tell me what or why they were downstairs but from what Faunra mentions, the place was already haunted and probably the business was left for that very reason. I'd say you cleared out that part and so we shouldn't fear that type of haunting again in the area. I'm reading the city guards report now and it does mention sightings and un natural occurrences in the area so job well done Pogar, Belros, Faunra and Amolas." Turning his last bit of attention on the black cat, Hestrem places his meaty hands on the creature as the cat purrs.

As for Gill, I know he tried getting all of you killed, but we can't arrest him. Seems he will be set free in the morning. Now if we had more proof that the Troglodytes were becoming a force to be reckoned with on the Isle of Kortos then maybe we could contain Mr. Gill. For now he will be released on his own recognizance . This means that until we have solid proof then we have to let him go. Nobody believes you more than I and I tried telling them that my Pathfinders don't lie so when they disagreed and showed me plain as day in the law books, I detested and simply shuddered that this mad man will probably continue his reign of terror till someone get's hurt and that will probably be him. All I'm saying is find proof!"

Hestrem then listens to the deal about Du'Moire and stands there emotionless or devoid of feeling. " I don't like this one bit at all. Sounds like a bunch of subterfuge if you ask me. Seems he's trying to either blow smoke up your arse with all this non sense about vying for a trade agreement and sabotage then personally doing it himself. Everybody knows Andoran and Cheliax are on the verge of war. Yet he is right, if it is by his hand in the open sea then maybe it will fuel Andorans fire to retaliate. Seems like things are on the verge of blowing up if you know what I mean. Commoner and Nobles here, Andorans and Cheliax there. A regular couple sticks of dynamite if you ask me."

"And Nessian is trying to get you to recruit you to the Cheliax faction. Seems like they are impressed with your lot. I'd say I'm real jealous of the competition. I know I picked all of you alright but the temptations from Cheliaxians can be very lucrative and desired. But be forwarned with the likes of Du'Moire and Nessian. They will promise you the world, hand you the world on a platter and then stab you in the back to say the least. They will effectually take it all back from you. It's good to know you got some information that you need but be careful out there. It's real tempting but the Paracountess Zarta is known for double crossing even her own people.

The infernal dealings are run ins with shady dealings and the Consortium may not like your involvement. Seems they could do their business themselves so remember what the first objection was. To stop Taldor from it's meddling in Absalom's affairs. It wouldn't surprise me if Taldor and Cheliax have a truce or they are allies. Whatever you decide, make sure you stick together this time and everyone give a hundred percent. There are going to be some obstacles to stop each of you obtaining what you first desired. This much I can say as a Pathfinder and adventurer."

Molrim thinks to himself quietly in the corner about everything being said. "So pretty much the only option that is there is to continue pursuing proof that Gill is behind all of this. I mean the more I think about Nessian the less I like it, I would almost rather deal with them on a situational basis rather then try to be their cohorts. As for the sabotage, I can't help but think of what we could gain, I mean these are trade ships there could be the possibility of a hefty prize. What do you lot think?

Pogar enters the meeting room with a horn almost as tall as his near 4 foot, stout frame. The horn is filled with a frothy mead and it has a slight curve to it. At the crest of the horn is golden rim that is flared outwards slightly. The horn is a cream color with streaks of black and amber with silver inlaid runes and pictures that seem to tell a tale. From a distance, they look like random lines but up close, it depicts a great battle between Dwarves and a large Dragon.

With the horn in one hand, the other holds a large bladder filled with a liquid that, upon closer inspection, is filled with more of the frothy mead. Other than that, Pogar still wears the ichor and blood from the previous battles. Glint from the greasy meats he had partaken of, prior to the meeting, comes from his bushy beard and crumbs mingle with the stray hairs that wander in every direction from his beard as well.

He remains fairly silent, during the discussions, minus a deep and reverberating belch that echos in the hall. Yet at the mention of Mr. Gill's pending freedom, Pogar stamps his heavily booted foot suddenly. His apathetic visage turns to anger as he flings himself forward in his seat. Amazingly, none of the mead spills from his horn. He grumbles and mutters but then sits back as though defeated and turns his attention back towards his horn.

As Adril and Hestrem conclude, Pogar blurts out "An what'd be tha problem if'n ole Gill 'append ta stumble 'imsel' into a wee accident? Eh? What'd tha law be say'n about tha?" his frustrations obvious. "Bah!" he vents then waves his hand, with the horn, as if he's dismissing a child. Turning towards Molrim, Pogar nods his head, "Aye, tis Gill is where our eye's should be. Tha 'ead o' a few more trogs'd circumvent tha law. As ye may 'ave" he starts to continue before being interrupted by an especially loud and long belch. His eyes grow wide and if one could see through the heavily bearded face of his, you'd notice that it was a slight shade of red, from embarrassment.

"Oy, where'd ye come from?" he stammers, looking around at all the eyes on him. "Right then." he says before continuing. "As ye may 'ave noticed. Pogar Stonefoot be name'd tha' fer a reason. Subtlety 'n sneakiness is nae me cup o mead. Tha' an' I nae like the looks o that one, tha' Nessian. 'e reminds me o' an ole trixter I 'ad come across a few years back. Nottin but trouble 'e was." Pogar finishes, then takes the horn and with large gulps, drains the contents from the horn and begins filling it back up again.

The normally talkative and excitable elf is unusually quiet. In fact, she’s not been this quiet since the last time her party was all gathered in this Lodge together before splitting up for separate missions. She thinks on the options Hestrem presents to her party, and what each one might entail. Although she possess intelligence unattainable by most mortal men, her wisdom and intuition about warfare on the political front is decidedly-average at best.

She turns to her merry and not-so-merry band of wayward adventurers and finally, she speaks. Well, consider the idea of sabotaging the saboteur. What if we get ourselves to the Trident, issue a warning to her and effectively sell-out this 'Du’Moire' person you speak of? Du’Moire; what kind of name is that, anyway? I mean, seriously?? And once we’ve given ourselves a peace of mind for having helped the Andorans avoid unnecessary harrassment, then we get ourselves back to the principal business of stopping this supposed Taldoran Conspiracy.

Mister Gill…Our magely elf could not even recall his first name at the moment, it was just not important-enough for her to remember; but his last name, prefaced with “Mister,” still burned deep within her. There was clearly no love lost between the party and their nemesis.

Meeoww-rrr. (Purrrrrrrrrrrr…). She strokes the black scruff of our feline hero, and then her demeanor suddenly perks right up again; and she smiles widely. Yes! So, we go to Trident and make-friends there, and then we make our way back here to mess-up the blasted Taldoran sympathizers a bit more. Now what does the adventure-loving lot of you say to that?

Belros listens to the conversation and discussions of his companions with deep interest. He is worried about Gill going free. He can't imagine what carnage or potential danger that might cause to countless innocents if he was free to pursue his ill-gotten gain again. The large priest nods his head as Faunra finishes speaking, he is thankful that she seems able to put into words the thoughts that were guiding his heart as well. Sabotaging the ship and potential killing innocents did not sit well with him and there was really no way to guarantee that no one would get hurt. Plus, he was much like Pogar, just not suited or blessed by the gods for sneaking around and subterfuge. Warning the crew might save lives and prevent disaster and allow them to quickly return to the matter of finding evidence to keep Gill locked away for good. Although the thought of Pogar's axe taking care of the problem for good had a momentarily nice ring to it.

"That's the course of action that I vote for," Belros answers as Faunra asks her question.

The priest says no more as he quickly has to put out a hand to steady Pogar who was starting to slide out of his chair. Even then Belros was amazed that nothing spilled out of the now-vanishing horn.

"Fellows, shall we return to chasing down Gill?

Also, if we are going to warn the Trident, how about turning Invisible and sneaking on the ship? I can do it, briefly, someone else might be able to make the magic effect.

If we do that, I'll make a show of attempting and failing to sabotage afterwards for Du'Moire's sake and we have killed two birds with one stone. "

Amolas jumps into the of his elf, who is only too eager to offer her assistance (albeit, rather unsolicited) to the group once again.

To the Trident, then! Morton, since you have first-hand dealings with this Du'Moire character - whose name just sounds very made-up to me - perhaps you can do the talking. I would offer an Invisibility spell but...seems I don't have one to offer.

Faunra looks down as she speaks that last sentence, and in fact looks somewhat embarrassed. I mean, who ever heard of a wizard without an Invisibility spell? Truth is though, Faunra possesses skills outside of typical wizardry, and she just plain trusts her own stealth skills instead of a spell.

Faunra sets Amolas down onto the floor. He seemed very content with any given mission actually, but hopes soon to at least have a little bit of mousing involved.

So, right then. We go to the Trident, and back here as soon as possible to deal with Mean Mister Gill! Sounds grand to this elf!

Skurvin listens to everyone speak their mind, quietly weighing things in his own. Ideally he would have liked to investigate this business with the baron, but he can see it is not a popular option. There would likely be fallout for not following up on Nessian's request after Skurvin agreed to it, but that was likely nothing he couldn't talk his way out of.

"I have no objection,"
is all Skurvin says with a casual smile.
