Narcotics... It's not a glorious job. Homicide gets the big headlines, but the drugs; they creep into everything. Vice, Customs & Border Control, Homicide, White Collar ********; the drugs are there. You can't hide from the ****. We take one one guy down, there's two more ready to take his place; from idiot kids to high profile organized crime. This ****'s a hydra and it's all we can do to keep chopping off the heads. We can't even get near the body.

You get tired, ya know? You can't do this for the paycheque and that's why. The dealers are going to make more than you, driving their fancy cars and flashing their credsticks like we can't see that ****. You have to do this because it's the right thing to do. You see that poison seeping into everything and you do everything in your power to drive it back. I can't stress it enough. You do it because it's right.
