I'd say either start firing arrows, or move past Melfina and overrun the undead. Personally I like the latter--gives Lavinia some support, provides a flank to Melfina, and opens up a spot for Alleria to start shooting from the back.

They are coffin things. An acrobatics check or climb check would be required to get over them. Take your pick on which.
Lavinia is always in a good place! As long as you make that Fort Save.
