Otherwise NPC me whenever necessary...don't hold the game up for me.

Lanna doesn't plan to use her rage this battle...probably the next one. Make sure you read all the feat stuff if you rage her and she goes negative....I took a feat that helps deal with the classic barbarian dies due to rage collapse issue from 3.5.

Lanna: 12

Estella: 5

Elenion: 14 (delayed)

I read that to mean Niall is first, then the goblins are getting to attack, then me.

If that isn't what you mean, I don't have any idea how to read your order...

Well, technically Niall goes last, since he actually took two turns during the surprise round, therefor Lanna is the first during our round. Basically this is our actual order:

1. Goblins: 17(+3)
2. Lanna: 12
3. Taika: 7
4. Estella: 5
5. Urko: 3
6. Elenion: 14 (delayed)
7. Niall: 17(+4)

Even though with the exact same initiative. (Niall took his second turn last round already)

Also I'm not sure if using Telekinetic Fist can count as "shooting into melee". While I think rays are handled exactly like ranged weapons, I'm not too sure about Telekinetic Fist. It's up to Unca to decide.

Estella kills G10 unless Taika hits it with her crossbow. To assist in moving things along, here's the pertinent stat block on the goblins. If Lanna hits H11 and kills it, I'll just end the round.

No CMD was given but I'll just assume that it's the default for a basic goblin, given that everything else seems to be the same.

Lanna won't be posting anytime in the near future unless someone NPCs her, owing to jaredh's absence, but I'll just go ahead and act for Elenion and see if I can't kill the goblin myself.
