And as I said, I have no way of guessing who Frag will pick. We have a team of squishy mostly melee types and no consistant healer.

He is weird that way.

Yeah. And Ruffles can use it too (UMD), so long as you don't mind it getting covered in slobber.

My cute canine character has a pet rat called Chewie. He is pretty sure he ate its entire family. Chewie doesn't seem to mind though, and now they are bestest of friends.

Huh, the rat doesn't mind being bestest friend with the guy who ate his family? I'll never understand rats!

CLW is also a bard spell though, which means I can use the wand without rolling UMD. I intended to be the secondary healer from the begining anyway lol.

Hey everyone. Interesting to see that we've got a bard. Because Phil sees himself as something of a musician, particularly the lead type . Hope Benny doesn't mind someone singing completely unrelated songs during the background while he's making his own perform checks

Well... at higher levels Catherine should be able to fend for herself healing wise. Go go psionics. Also high guys, nice to be here. I may be missing sleep but I won't let that deter me from a great game.

Maybe Philips' song can act as a background music while Benny is making his speech? It might be better if Benny actual plays a instrument, but too bad he obviously don't know any yet, plus he's really more of a speech person, and bard is the closest class to a politician that I can find. Perhaps he could take up some other instruments later, we'll see.

Benny's performance is magical though, so I think Philips' songs would be overshadowed, unless he's also a bard or have magic songs. It would be funny though if Benny's Inspire Courage actually got disturbed by Philips' singing lol.

Well good news, most of us have our character sheets done. I have Hero Lab for use in my Mutants and Masterminds game so I loaded Pathfinder and used it to figure out weight and stuff. Took me a good chunk of time to realize that "weight" was listed for individual items, not total items. 20 bullets for a sling is a lot more than .5 lbs, as it turns out. :P Three torches does not 1 lb make either.

At least I bought soap!

Hmm... I need doggy items.

I am thinking a collar, a crude pack/saddlebags and some wraps for his paws. All put on/taken off with teeth and mage hand.

He is really grateful for Prestidigitation, the best way to remove slobber stains.

Well, Saddlebags for a medium sized animal wouldn't be a problem. It would cost about the same as saddlebags for a riding dog...not that Fenris would like to be mounts for anyone, normally. Unless he's suddenly turned human-picky, I don't think Ruffles would be caring about his own slobber stains. Unless he got it on someone else.

Might I also suggest a small "pup" tent as well? :P

He was a library dog, and little kids jumped on his back all the time for 'rides'. He is used to staying inside, doing his messes in a tray and not slobbering all over books and things.

Suddenly he is a Fenris, and more intelligent, but the old instincts of friendliness and amiability are still with him. I see him as fairly fastideous, using Prestidigitation to remove stains and clumps in his fur.

As to items, I see him joining the party off the street, so what he has was either on him when he was kicked out (collar) or patched together with his rat companion since (refitted pack and foot wraps).

A tent and proper bag will need to come in game me thinks, as will a decent puppy tent.

Note that as per the usual from my sorts of games, you have been given a prompt on what to do. This is in no way a demand you follow it. You are perfectly allowed to join the rebellion and start trashing things yourself. It's just that if you're going to be proper heroes like most people are, I should give you a quest to start with, because it's the polite thing to do.
