Justin
Class: Paladin Mythic Path: Champion Five-Man Band Type: The Leader Appearance: Justin stands a full head taller than most humans and is quite the looker: golden, shoulder length hair that shimmers in the sun like actual gold, piercing blue eyes that glow like sapphires, and the tenor voice of an avenging angel. Always clean and well groomed, Justin is blessed with boyish good looks and never needs to shave: the only hair on his body are the golden waves that cascade from his head. Besides his impeccable good looks, one other feature confirms his celestial heritage: when the light from the sun hits him just right, the faint glow of a halo can be seen hovering just above his head. Character Type/Concept: Good to a fault, Justin is guided by his celestial heritage, which he is quite modest about and always downplaying. Unfortunately, he lacks experience and can be more than a bit naive, sometimes overlooking the obvious if not pulled back down to earth. Believes there is good in almost everyone, but once convinced that someone/something is beyond hope, there is no worse enemy. Other than that, he is quite eager to be a hero. Despite being blessed with good looks, Justin is not very savvy with women. Oh, he can flirt a good bit and fake it, but beyond that and he's completely in over his head.

Just looked over your sheet and it all looks in order.
I do have one suggestion and one requirement. Suggestion: You may want to consider the Angel-Blooded variant of Aasimar. The +2 to STR instead of WIS would allow you to raise one of CON or DEX to 14 without losing any of the other stats (Your skill bonuses change to Heal and Knowledge (Planes) and your spell like ability changes to Alter Self). Ultimately it's up to you, but if I had to choose a celestial parent for Justin it would probably be an angel. Requirement: In keeping with the general importance of magical items, I'm going to ask you to give your sword a name. |

Angel-blooded sounds perfect! Done!
You want me to name a +1 sword? ![]() ![]() Well, let's not be subtle: The Sword of Heaven

Nice. Air is an arcane crafter, so odds are she'll be taking Craft Magical Arms and Armour when the time comes, I'll give her chances to improve the enchantments on your weapons rather than needing a whole new sword. After all, you can't just let go of a named sword.

I'm debating taking the Legendary Item Universal Path ability when Justin becomes Mythic. One of the abilities he can add is "Upgradable", which means he can basically improve it himself given 8 hours to perform the ritual and expend the gold (sounds like 8 hours of either praying to a deity or blessing the sword to me!).
The wording is a bit screwy though. In some places it sounds like I only get to choose a number of abilities up to my Tier (max of 3 unless I take the Path ability again). But, it also makes it sound like if Justin gains tiers, http://www.d20pfsrd.com/mythic/mythic-magic-items/legendary-items "When a mythic creature creates a legendary item (using the legendary item universal path ability, the item can have up to three additional abilities, but no more than the number of tiers possessed by the creature bonded to it. This maximum increases to six if the bonded creature selects the legendary item universal path ability twice, and then to 10 if the bonded creature selects the ability three times (again, the maximum cannot exceed the bonded creature's number of tiers). These abilities are added at the rate of one per day."he can add new abilities to the item at a rate of 1 per day until he hits his max again. So... my question is, can we go with that 2nd wording/interpretation? Otherwise, it only makes sense to take the Legendary Item Path Ability at Tiers 3, 6, and 10.

The second interpretation is the one that I would make.

I have chosen an image for Justin, since you use them for tokens.

Very well, I'll make the swap. It works well, and I was even going to suggest it at one point.
I tend to find that in the long term pbp environment some visual key is a good association to help remember everything. |

I'm not used to playing with a map or images. My compromise is that I identify who my character is as often as naturally possible in my post. It's the occasional player who just uses pronouns all the time that screws it up and makes it hard to remember who's who. (I had a player who only used his character's name in every other post or so. Very frustrating.)

I tend to use euphemisms for my characters a lot (you may notice them in the post I'm about to put up for example), so I tend to use an image as a point of consistency. But each to his own as both work.
