General Description:
A fairly muscular woman that seems to pay more attention to the shine of her armour and the mane of her horse than her own hair. She's often on the move, hardly able to stay standing in one place and do nothing, always trying to find something to keep her hands busy. She prefers to wear simple but soothing colours, most often a combination of green and brown. Often smiling for no reason in particular, her cheerfulness can be infectious. Still, she's a peasant kid at heart and once angered she will occasionally surprise people with a very vulgar vocabulary, not to mention bouts of laziness.

Backkground
Born as the first child of what was to become a happy farmer family of 9 in one of the many fishing villages near Amara, Alda was never meant to grow up to anyone but a fisher herself. Yet for some unknown reason she was brought to Nalbin along many other children like her and trained in combat as soon as she was able to mount a horse by master Vrook and in the ancient codes of chivalry by master Cule.
She never understood why she was taken away from her parents, but not even being able to remember their faces she never really missed them, instead concentrating on her training. Always curious, she was never bored with her studies, with each new lesson providing her with entertainment both physical and mental. She always loved working out a sweat on the training field and in the saddle, the tiredness caring a sense of fulfilment and making one of her many hobbies, eating, even more pleasant. Still, while her intellectual, philosophical and moral studies weren't as exciting, they always offered a pleasant change of pace and a pleasant discussion with her other teachers.
Despite being very friendly and open-minded, none of her fellow students can call themselves her true friend, as that title goes to her horse Rumak. This pearly-white mare knows Alda since her birth as she was purposely the first person shown to her, and since then Alda not only trained Rumak, but also befriended her and printed herself onto her as the leader of their small family.
Eagerly awaiting the day when she'll be allowed to leave Nalbin for good, Alda really looks forward to finally gaining some independence and adventuring, often daydreaming about future nights spend on the road, jousting, rescuing royalty from dragons, becoming a legend, eating sweets whenever she wants.
...and perhaps even meeting her real family.
