Sure, I'll allow the Hero Point to be used on that. Because it is after the roll it is +4 but that is enough to overcome the -4 which leaves her at 10, which makes the check. So, she is stabilized but still unconscious. Because she did not stabilize by receiving aid from another person she will need to make another DC 10 Constitution check to keep from losing another HP.

Well I'll admit that it was probably a dumb idea to camp and try to fight the Worg... Ayami has pretty terrible melee ability...
