Ascila and Xitho's sheets should be done, is there anywhere to post character profiles? Since you said no extraneous information in the character repository I'm not sure, I find it helpful to be able to reference fellow players from time to time.

Also I imagine Ascila to be a lifelong resident of Kenabres/Surrounding Area, so I imagine she would have some familiarity with those who have lived there for an extended period of time. She's an orphaned Fetchling that lives in a small temple of Shelyn. I would love to combine stories with anyone interested in doing so.

You can certainly include a link to your character sheet in there. I just meant no extraneous posts in that thread so its easy for me to scroll through that thread and find any info I need quickly.

i think I misundersood you at first. Go ahead and feel free to post any information you wish to have ready about your character in the Character Repository. I just ask that you limit it to one post total and keep background and the like in spoiler tags. Other than that, go hog wild with whatever info you want in that post.

Read through everyone's apps, got a few ideas of how they might know each other. If you want to roll with it or have a better idea just let me know, and a no is always fine too, just thought I'd put out some options at least.

Sebastian -- He's a healer, Ascila does patrols and defense, it'd make sense if they'd run into each other from time to time and made small talk. If he can't actually see she's a Fetchling it might be a nice relief from the suspicion she usually gets from Humans?
Rook -- Battle Practice buddies?
Relany -- Possible friends, sharing a certain amount of exclusion and suspicion because of their heritage perhaps?
Velerija -- Unsure how long she's been in Kenebras, but it's possible they've shared a patrol or too if she's been there for awhile.
Kiarran Webber -- Fetchlings are rare and Xitho draws a lot of attention, might be Kiarran was given a task of finding out how much of a threat Ascila is and how she survived the Nabasu attack?

Hmmmm, sounds like a fine connection to have between Ascila and Relany. Certainly they'd know each other, even if they follow very different paths.

BTW, Thanks for accepting me UK! Looking forward to kicking some demons right back to the Abyss! Oh, and character is in the Repository, let me know if anything needs to be changed.

OMG... This is the third time I've tried posting on this subject. First one my tablet had some troubles, second time RPGX decided to go into maintenance mode. Hopefully thrid time's the charm.

Anyhow... I notice that there are three of us with Exposed to Awfulness. Luckily this is one of the traits where the backgrounds don't need to intertwine so much.

I did a bit of looking at timelines and such and found that Gundrun (Valerija's home town and birthplace) was reclaimed by the native Sarkorians in 4667 (25 years before the beginning of this module). The last remnants of Sarkoris fell in 4644 and Gundrun itself was lost in 4646 (46 years ago and 21 years before the Sarkorians returned to Gundrun).
- As Valerija is 18 by this point, she was born 7 years after the return. I''' say her parents were not yet born at the time of the fall (perhaps her grandmother was pregnant with her father).
- Kilari could be Valerija's cousin. Son of her father's older brother who was alive during the fall. Too young to have proper memories of it, but old enough to remember the feeling of horror. This may have affected his ability to cope with things. In any case, when the family decided they would return to Gundrun (or perhaps even before this), he would have ran as far away from the Worldwound and his heritage as he could. Met and knocked up Kilari's mother but, not being able to cope with even that situation, once again took to heel.
- Ascila was born around the time of the return. She could also be a cousin of Valerija through her aunt, older sister to her father. Ascila's mother could have had a fetchling lover in the town before returning to Gundrun and hadn't realized she was pregnant until arriving. Not wanting to bring shame to the family, she fled to Kenabres to have the child in secret, leaving the baby at the steps of a church (which happened to be of Shelyn).
= So we three could be cousins, but not know of our relationship, nor necessarily each other (at least not from this).

Valerija likely only just arrived in Kenabres. She was planning on joining the crusade and I think the induction ceremony of large groups of prospects occurs during Armasse. I suppose there could be something if Ascila was ordered to show prospective recruits around the city, get them prepared for the ceremony, or something to that effect. That being said, Valerija's not very big on all this pomp and ceremony, so maybe someone had to fetch her back to the preparations now and again, since she'd wander off to examine the fortifications, battle training and the like.
