It's going to take a diplomacy check to get Gwerm to see reason. You can gang up on him and use aid another actions if need be

Looks like I was posting at the same time, Shade! If someone does an "aid another" to my diplomacy, that should be enough to get past the DC 15...

I dunno... I leave that up to you. You might roll well better than the aid, but it's a risk either way.

Believe aid another is always DC 10. That gives a +2....
