I wasn’t sure whether or not to go with the weapons and armor in the PHB since the Greek weapons and armor would be somewhat different and, of course, bronze. Are we just assuming that this is an alternate Greece?

We're just going to make one change that I think most of you did already. Use Greek instead of common. Don't learn another language unless an effect says to learn a language of your choice

Does Liara still know Elvish? I'm assuming elves still exist in this game because she's a Half-Elf..or should she be more like a demi-god? :P

I have now been inspired by dejoker. How about an oriental? This would mean you speak Chinese. Do you think its a good idea

Everyone should have one of the Greek deities in the deity box as your patron. Preferably not Zues. At least one should pick Hades preferably. Though its okay if nobody picks hades. Just don't pick zues

Okay will be going Sorcerer but I have a question for the GM

Would you be okay with me being a Half-Elf but looking like a Dragonborn as this would fit the character theme -- basically mechanically I am playing a Half-Elf but put within a Dragonborn aesthetic veneer.

And on that note -- because there is another player in the game playing a dragonborn --- what does this race equate to as the Greeks did not have anything like them that I can recall
