Following is an abirdged list of the various important individuals and groups within or with influence in Halva's capital city, as well as individuals associated with them.

Note - This is a Work in Progress.

 

• Archmage Morgan Wainraith, also known as the Halvan Oracle (though not so much anymore). Noted painter, tinkerer and mage, even before becoming an Archmage. Has gained a reputation for being a close ally/friend of King Vulcar and Princess Celes. Has a snarky cat Familiar called Mortimer, a dog construct called cerberus and a homonculus called Mr Tocks. Close friends with General Esiard Emlyn (see Soldiers and other Military Personel, below), Second Lieutenant Rhys Emlyn (see Soldiers and other Military Personel, below), Isabella Rosa of the Church of Airis and Lady Maria Levisa (see Other Nobles, below).
• Ambassador Nevh Rudaa.
• Morgan Crescent.
• Lady Didina Reid.
• Lady Misa Serokai.

 

• King Vulcar Halva II, also known as the Young King.
  • Princess Celes Alexein of Shali, also known as the Bastard Princess. Engaged to Vulcar. Last surviving member of the Shalian Royal Family.
    • Dame Marcia. Shalian Nameless, Sacred Fist of Fisali and long time Vassal of Celes.
    • Sir Jarl Gemini. Shalian Atralumi Nameless, member of the Shalian Royal Guard and a Kensai who has sworn his allegiences to Celes.
    • Sir/Lord Kato Vice. Shalian Lakarn of Gluttony and an Ultimate Magus. Long time friend of Celes and her late brother, Xander. Currently the High Regeant of Shali, effectively making him in charge until Celes marries Vulcar and officially becomes the Queen of Shali (due to a technicality in Shalian law, a bastard Royal must marry another Royal before they can claim the throne).
• General [Crown Princess] Zephyra Halva. Vulcar's older sister and technically the Crown Princess (thoug she insists on being referred to as a General instead). Rumoured to be in a romantic relationship with Captain Leal Venturo (see Soldiers and other Military Personel, below).
• Queen Mother Kalari Halva. Vulcar and Zephyra's mother and the former Queen of Halva. She abdicated the throne shortly after Vulcar was born although continued to effectively run the country as his regeant until he was old enough.
  • Lord Valin Nostro. Kalari's husband, the former Queen's Consort, and Vulcar and Zephyra's father. Recently revealed to the PCs to be the father of Valen of the Dragonblaze Academy, through an affair with Searra Dragonblaze (see the Dragonblaze Kin, below).

 

• Lord Edan Dragonblaze. The oldest son of the head family, making him its head, however due to a mysterious illness Aiden is currently acting as the head as the next oldest. Not nearly as well thought of or liked as Aiden, though a gifted mage by any other standards.
• Lady Ildri Avalon. Second oldest child and eldest daughter. Married young and has three children.
• Lord [Archmage] Aiden Dragonblaze. Second eldest son and acting head of the family, due to his brother's illness. Widely regarded as one of the most gifted and powerful mortal mages alive, specialising in Draconic and fire magic. Rumoured to be looking for a wife.
• 1st Lieutenant Nuri Dragonblaze. Third eldest son and the only one of the head family to have joined the military. Currently serves directly under Captain Blaze Jadewalker. Married young and has two children.
• Tyson Dragonblaze. Youngest son and second youngest child. Black sheep of the family. Unmarried and seemingly uninterested in marrying. Rumoured to be in a relationship with Lady Helena Sol.
• Phyre Dragonblaze. Youngest child and daughter. Was originally to be married off but interference from Aiden and Scion (the Dragonblaze's ancester) has allowed her to focus on her magical studies. Current whereabouts unknown. Was last seen with a Half-Ruby Dragon called Hran. Travelled for a time with Kerberos' group.
• Lord Schakri Bastni-Dragonblaze. Cousin to the above. Unofficial ambassador for both the Dragonblaze Kin and Halva in general, despite being a notorious playboy. Recent revelations have led them to question this facade. Is possibly having an affair with Lady Sophia Lyrason, though has spent at least one night with her.
  • Searra Bastni-Dragonblaze. Schakri's mother. Married Atish Dragonblaze's (the previous head of the family and father of Edan et. al.) younger brother. Half-Dragon daughter of the Obsidian/Ruby Dragon Ixen Bastni, who is himself the son of Scion, the Dragonblaze ancestor. Recently revealed to also be the mother of Valen of the Dragonblaze Academy, through an affair with Lord Valin Nostro (see the Royal Family, above).
