A couple of questions that I have been asked:

1) Do PCs and monsters in melee get +2 for partial cover from the melee opponents?

2) Can characters that have enough XP level up during an adventure?

How do you have cover from someone in melee? They can just walk around the obstacle.

The cover is valid based on where they act. If they moev to point B, cover is calculated from there.

Is there a limit to stay rerolls?
I thought I've perused everything, but may have missed it

At its most cut and dry the rule is the first rstat2 to have at least two 15s will be your character's stats. Shouldn't be any rerolls after that.
