Ditto question about the 16 with a +2 racial bonus. I can easily switch it so it's no higher than 15 as well. Just want verification that there's a 15 point overall cap (meaning it includes racial bonuses).

For images, just in case it wasn't said - you can use Adobe as well (I don't have Microsoft anything, so I have to use Adobe resizing). https://www.adobe.com/express/feature/image/resize
Drop the image. Follow the dropdown menu to the bottom for 'custom'. Pop in the number 200 or 250 and you'll get a good sized picture. Don't make an account! Just right click and save it to your desktop/folder. Easy peasy. Then you can drop the image into IMGUR (don't need an account) and copy that link.

Yeah, I have 4 languages as of now due to background. I guess an effect of the event is that you learn your "own" language, but maybe other languages were introduced as well? I'm fine with dropping the other languages as well if it doesn't make sense that my char suddenly knows dwarven out of the blue.

First off: If your race makes a stat 16 that is okay.

Second to Dylan: Use the 10 gp wisely

Languages: Whatever languages come with your new race are fine. Any languages due to background consider them alternative languages spoken in the kingdom. Similar to say French, English, German, and Italian in the Holy Roman Empire.

Alternatively you can pick a tool set, game, or instrument to be proficient in return for a language.

It has been a few days since the incident and people have changed already. This Elder's Council is in regards to the changes and the sudden loss of the King's road. You've all been asked to come but aren't exactly sure why that is...yet...
