That is pretty hilarious. I flipped through so many pages to try to figure out what race she was. Orc was my best guess - didn't she have a dragon tattoo or something? That seems to be an orc thing.

Well, maybe Ness is having a hard time getting a look at her from his position. . . .

Yes, but you’re burdened so your speed is reduced the same as if you are encumbered so -10 movement speed.

lol, I was assuming Arthur was actually fast.

Although, RAW, I think he could grapple Ness, move at 1/2 speed (20 ft) and then on his turn Ness could jump off and move 35 ft and still cast a spell. . . Although, granted, that would be ridiculous. .

I think I'd go with the mounted combat rules there even if Arthur weren't a centaur.
