Well, if you guys on that island of yours looked to the rest of the world you'd see that soccer is the biggest sport around.. And growing... It's so simple that everybody understands it, and it can be played almost everywhere with it's many variants...
Yep, football is a dumb sport

The ONLY fun position on soccer is the goalie, and then only if your defenders suck, and thier forwards are kinda good. Not too good mind you, but kinda good. That way you look like the hero haha.

Football is cool, I like to watch it and all, but college football is where its at.

Hockey, again, much more fun to play than to watch.

Hmmm, I like tennis, and ping pong, raquet ball.

I would have to say my favorite sport, thats widely accepted, is beach volleyball.
1. (scantly clad) Hot women.
2. Hot women
3. The beach
4. Food.

I mean, how can your argue with that?

I know I am in a minority here and it is probably only because I take part myself, but I love watching Track and Field.

Well, I will say that it is certainly less boring and better than Formula 1, since it doesn't take that much time and it doesn't create a constant monotonous noise that is just a great way to get a headache before going to study.

Well, I just like pure atheletic competition rather than a game.

Go track! I love watching triple jump especially, just because those guys are so much better than me. Apline skiing is also a blast to watch, just for the difference in form from skiier to skiier (the the crashes - Meier in the Nagano Olympics, anyone?).

Tre' masivo.

That's some kinda language, right?

Well, I'm getting propped up for college baseball, as my university, suddenly, is off to a 14-3 start. Much to my surprise, considering we were 14 games below .500 last year. Maybe this is the beginning of many good things, yes?

I have to admit, it'll be interesting for me to see how March Madness shapes up this year, since UVM lost a number of good players, as well as their head coach. They've never been a basketball powerhouse, and it was wonderful to see them in the tournament the past couple of years, especially last year (OMFG that was an amazing win!).

Hell, they busted my bracket, and I'm from Vermont! I think that's in the running for the greatest upset of March Madness history. A virtually unknown team beating Syracuse? That stuff just doesn't happen outside of fairy tales. Damn, that game made me happy.

Eh, I hate to burst your bubble thier Monkwren, but I think a lot of people saw that one coming. I think the bigger upset last year was Bucknell beatin Kansas, 14 over a 3.

A couple years ago, Hampton beat Iowa State, a 15 over 2. That's pretty major.

And it's official, Syracuse is playing under the direction of a higher power. His name is Gerry MacNamara. So the finals in the Big East are Pitt and the Cuse, the 6 and 9 seeds. Anyone who says that conference isn't the best, I rest my case.

I guess I'm kinda obligated to pull for Duke, but one of my roommates goes to UNC. I've been trying hard to feign interest during the ACC tournament, but it's really, really hard.
