@jeffkevlar: unless you are going for well rounded Jeff, I would take the 2 16 rolls, it is 3 points(if you bought the stats) higher than the one you picked.

Oh! Don't get me wrong, I'm perfectly fine with the stat rolls I chose. I am not happy with the pitiful HP rolls though. 50% below average is pitiful.

I'd prefer to have one stat at max before racial mods (ie; one "18" stat) but Joya is a perfectly viable character as is. She will be better at 5th level when she gets two more feats to round out her martial skills.

ouch, ya that is bad, you might be able to get an hp reroll, I noticed he did that once for a terrible hp roll, or take the average. I had 1 point above average for hp. Great stats though, no complaints there, he is going to be a pretty salty fighter for a wizard type.

HP Options:

1. Roll HP based on class.
2. Choose static HP based on die (d4=3, d6=4, d8=5, d10=6, d12=7)

For this first one (only), you can reroll and choose.
Also remember that the HP for your first level is max.

Ok, I will reroll mine once, and then take static if it is worse. Nothing has d4 hp in pathfinder(that I know of).

Note on HP options:
If you choose to roll, you can't choose static afterwards.

I will forgive it for now, but remember that in the future - risk for potential reward.

Ahhhh, ok I misunderstood, I will just take static hp, I wouldn't roll if I had realized it was only one or the other, much worse chance of getting lower than static.

You probably aren't wrong but with my racial bonuses and minuses I wind up with a pretty decent guy. And I like him to well rounded. I figure he's been digging around pretty dangerous places so he's gotta be well rounded to survive.
