Okay, here is my rough idea. I will work on it and expand his back story and personality as I read more of your world. A roguish type (new for me, oddly), overly confident and a bit conceded. More so with the ladies than just pure bravado. A bit of a scoff-law. I see him as the gruff, but handsome cliche hero. To match his personality, I will put one of the highest, or the highest stat in charisma, therefore, he is not as tough as he seems. He's not that young either, he's in his early twenties and has been adventuring and such for a little while. I see him as the sort who would take odd mercenary jobs, be they legal or not, though nothing cruel and unusual. The more I write, the more cliche he becomes. No matter, I will continue to make him unique as I go.
A name. Hmmm... Rio. I like Rio.
I'd like him to weild both a light pistol and a rapier, if possible and would therefore build him around that combo. Fighter/Rogue multi-class for starters...

Rio DePonce, 5'9", 190pds, dusty blonde hair, light brown eyes, scruffy beard. A jagged scar around his left eye runs from the eyebrow to the checkbone.
