7/18/16: Update and it's very bad news. I have Osteomyelitis, an infection in the bone. I may need surgery and will need 6 weeks of IV Antibiotics. My fiance is on her way here so we and the doctors can make decisions.
I need a day or so to sort this all out. Once done I will have tons of time to post. Please hang in there with me. If you believe in God, I ask for your prayers. If you are Pagan like myself, I ask for healing energies sent my way. And if you are an Atheist, then I ask you think good thoughts and lift a beer to me. Thank you all.

7/20: After 6 days in the Hospital, I go home today! I will be on IV Antibiotics for 6 weeks and have a PICC line for that. Should be back to regular posting in a few days. I need to recover from the hospital time. Thanks to the many that have prayed or thought of me and all the kind comments. They are appreciated.

My IV Therapy ended today, a week early so I am very happy. Still some busy days but I am posting OK for now. Reminder that I have surgery on Sept. 7 - two weeks away - and may not post for a few days.

I go for Surgery on 9/7. Expect NO POSTS from Tuesday 9/6 to Friday 9/9 at best. I don't yet know how soon I will feel good enough to post after that. It could be a few days to a few weeks. I will update when I can.

9/9: The surgery went well and without complications. Got home last night. My pain is getting controlled but has been worse than expected. Should be able to start posting slowly.

10/8: Change. It is inevitable. Once more my life is in upheaval, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. Or not all bad. Near the end of Oct. I plan a move out of Texas and will be offline (perhaps) 3 to 10 days depending on when new internet is set up. More details as they are available.
