[Story] Blackdragon's 100 Themes.

Smile The Dragonborn all black with red outlines on his scales, red horns and red glowing eyes. Had Walked far and wide. His muscled body covered in strange armor and clothes. Of his far away homeland. He carried Strange weapons as well. As of yet no one alive has seen him smile. He never knew his mother. She was killed before his hatching. His tribe family and even the country he had come from were all dead, burned gone. Because of a Reddragon. Who had come and destroyed everything. The Dragonborn was the only known Surviver. After that he wandered searching for the Reddragon. He has long lost the trail of. And as if life weren't hard enough. Many a village chased him away trying to kill the big dark demon...The evil monster....The devil come to eat their children. He found caravans or even towns where he'd been accepted. Mostly cause they figured the goblins orcs and other monsters were more afraid of this dragonborn than an army of warriors. So few times had he met one of his own kind. and even to them he was outcast. Different, odd, scary. The Dragonborn proved through skill and deed he was a hero. But still he never smiled. He faced a few red dragons, helped kill them all. Still he never smiled. None were the Reddragon. Even among adventurers he was alone mostly. He was to honorable. To pure. To stiff. He wouldn't drink or party. He didn't dance. And he never smiled. But he did once raze a tavern to the ground kill everyone inside. When a group of barbarians tried to force him to drink and the tavern keeper helped. The people there got to see a monster alright. A bloody red glowing black monster. The Dragonborn spent a long while alone after that. He trusted no one. And his belief in good itself was shattered. For a year he didn't even try to help one soul. Hunt one evil creature. But a ranger sent by a king who had herd of the Dragonborn, and his deeds. Found him. And for a time with that kings selected adventurers he found hope again. The king was good. had even sent druids to replenish the burnt out land of the Dragonborn's home. And promised aid if and when the Dragonborn returned and rebuilt. Still the Dragonborn did not smile. They were sent to free a group of women taken by a evil red dragon and it's minions. The Dragonborn led. The group of adventurers who knew him the longest went with him. The whole trip they joked and laughed but try as they might they couldn't make the Dragonborn smile. Then in the mist of battle surrounded by enemies and a hulking red dragon. Demmuk smiled. No this wasn't the Reddragon. No he wasn't crazy. Yes he like always enjoyed himself killing evil. But that wasn't it either. The elf looked worried. The ranger was hoping for a sign. The Wizard a order. And everyone else was looking to die. When the Elf said."Is that a smile?!!! Did I just see Demmuk smiling?!" The ranger looked twice, " He is he's smiling!!!" Most the others " No it can't be. He never smiles! We're going to die." The Wizard said. " We're not going to die. Demmuk is smiling." He knew that meant something. Then the Ranger said. " He smiling cause we are going to win! Look at him He's the happiest being on the planet. He's cleared all enemies before him." He rallied the group. " He found something. He's found something to fight for something to live for. Looking down at the captives. And the enemy before him. He's smiling cause he knows they can't stop him!" yelled the Ranger. The elf starred at the Dragonborn and his smile as enemies both fled and died by his blades. " I know that smile!" she said. Demmuk singled everyone back together as the Wizard put a magic barrier up. And Demmuk strode up to the red dragon. A gout of flame all around him and bouncing off the barrier. " You want to play with fire fine!"Screamed Demmuk. As his scales horns and eyes glowed bright hot red. And he breathed fire back at the red dragon. ( Of course both being resistant to fire it was down to who's was hotter.) And Demmuk's smile grew. He had proven the stronger dragon. with the hotter fire. And the other backed down. Then a battle ensued. Demmuk and the dragon sword and claw strength vs strength. Demmuk was again the victor. For in this he would not fail with all eyes on him. The dragon shouted "Kill them all!" to its minions. Demmuk shouted, "NOW!" to the Wizard and party. The Wizard dropped the barrier and cut loose with attack spells. The ranger and elf volleys of arrows. And the fighters charged . Demmuk ran up a wall jumped off and staked the dragons neck to the ground as he came down. He raised his second katana and lopped off the dragon's head. Still smiling. As if he had just won something. As if he had proved something. As if some secret challenge had be made and won. Demmuk turned a smile on his face. And walked to the captives. One was smiling back. The enemy dead a battle won captives free. But the thing the whole group noticed most and thought most important was. " Demmuk is smiling!", The whole group said as one. And sure enough there was a smile on his face....

Silence He was going to go to the next city over. The trade was supposed to be good. He may never find out... He woke in darkness. Where was everyone? Where was the caravan? Where was the noise?.. All was silence. He tried to move but couldn't. He tried to see, but could not. Then all was screaming. Suddenly the silence was broken by screaming. He tried to break free of what ever was restraining him. The screaming grew louder. The screaming echoed all around. And he was afraid. He wanted free before the screaming came for him. The everything was silent. His struggles stopped. And all was silence.

prolog The goblins watched as the man fell silent. His screaming had stopped. As the torture stopped and he died. The eruption of glee from the goblins went unheard by the man. For it had been his own screaming he had herd. As he died and fell into silence. The goblins had captured him and tortured him for fun. And only in death was all silent and he was free.

Questioning The boy Nothal had a Questioning mind. At age 5 he never stopped asking questions. About food, plants, people, animals, tools, water, ect... One day a wizard visited. He was looking for a scribe, A apprentice. As he went from house to house Nothal followed. Then when the Wizard sat to eat something. Nothal worked up the courage to ask him... What he was doing, why? Why he was eating? Why this town? Why he hadn't asked him anything?. And a few other questions. (Finally a Questioning mind). Thought the Wizard. So he spoke to the boys parents. And to Nothal. About being that scribe, apprentice. Of course this was a good thing thought the family. Such a highly regarded and influential individual such as the wizard, actually want Nothal as a student. It was a step up in social standing for them. At the mages tower the Wizard told Nothal to ask any and every question he wanted....Nothal did. He asked about the tower, the stones, how they were made, and what of. Why there was light. Why there was dark. Why a sun. Why a moon. Why stars. Did they have names. what names. How many where there. Why the sky was blue. Why did people live , eat, poop, pee. And so on. What everything was. What every word in every book was. Why there were books. Why there was life. Why there was death. At first the Wizard was happy. But Nothal never stopped every second of every day more questions. "Why do spells ex......." fffzzoot. And Nothal's words cut off as his body dissappeared and a pile of ash was left behind. ( Finally peace ) thought the Wizard. ( Wait what have I done?.... Ohh well no more Questioning!!!)

Blood The Tokor and Brude tribes were at war. But before we get to that lets discuss the Tokor. The Tokor were a hunting/ warrior tribe. Bound by blood. Of the blood by the blood.[/COLOR] This means born of the clans blood, sworn in by blood oath, and of adopted blood from a blood debt. ( A life for a life blood for blood) Ok so then there is the Brude. They are conquerors, slavers, brutes. They attacked lands and claimed them. Enslaving inhabitants. They had come to the land of the Tokor. This is where the tale begins.... Drock was in a fight with goblins he was a kid with no training or weapons. Tran was of the Tokor he watched the boy fight. Tran was inspired by the tenacity of Drock. And so Tran older and armed stepped in saving Drock. Tran brought the boy to the tribe. Where he was trained. And was made blood by debt & oath. Adopted by the clan that saved him blood brother to Tran. Then the Brude came and Drock was called to war. Drock had already proven himself a skilled warrior against goblins, orcs, and other evils. He would go against them alone and kill every member of their small bands. He would come back from each fight covered in his enemies blood. So when war came and Drock hesitated it surprised the clan. Drock wasn't afraid of the Brude or of death. No he had always fought alone. Where he cut loose with out worry of who he hurt for it was only the enemy. And he was brutal. Beyond thought. He was also angry that the Brude had attacked. This was why he hesitated. His brutality and tenacity mixed with his anger. What if the Tokor saw. What if they didn't like what he has become?.... Tran was beside him then. " Come fight brother. Are you not blood of the clan? Are you not blood of my blood? The Tokor call all blood to fight for the clan for the land. For our very lives! Will you not answer the blood spilled with blood?" he asked. Not knowing why his blood brother had not entered the fight. " Ok then you want BLOOD! I'll give you BLOOD!" Drock yelled. And Tran smiled not knowing what he just unleashed. Tran also ran into battle. Drock came upon his first enemy. His sword in his sheath. Then the naked blade was pointed skyward faster than the eye could see. Drock's right hand had pulled it from sheath in a lower left to upper right swing. As his wrist adjusted so's that the tip was pointed to the sky. The single edge facing up and out ward. The enemy was cut from right lower abdomen to upper left shoulder. As blood and guts flowed to the ground from the cut that almost cut him in two. Drock turned slightly to the left. His wrist and knuckles turned the bladed side now aimed down as he swung again from right to left in the exact same angle as before. Taking the next enemy from right shoulder to lower left side. And again the guts flowed out of the wound. And blood sprayed. Drock spun and stepped forward adding momentum as he stepped past the first two kills. The blade came up straight, no angle. It took the next enemy from groin to skull. As blood guts and testiclesdropped to the ground. As the next charged. Drock used both hands in a straight down chop. From head to groin the man was split clean in two. Brains blood and guts spilled out into a pile as both empty halves fell to the ground behind the red green brown and multi colored pile of innards. Drock was surrounded as he brought his sword up shoulder level in a block. And as he parried right. He spun slitting the throats of all within reach. Blood sprayed from every direction. Covering him from head to toe in it. Bringing his kill total to sixteen. He then parried a blow left. Pulled his blade back short and stabbed straight forward. It's point burst out the back of the enemy as Drock twisted it. Blood gushed out as the man slumped to the ground to die slowly. Drock stepped over the dead to grab another enemy from behind. As his blade slipped between the third and second to last ribs, at a upward angle, and out through the chest between the second and third ribs. He had grabbed the man's chin with his left hand. And as the blood Sprayed, Drock threw the body into the next opponents. Drock spun left blade straight and took their heads as, they faltered. When the dead body hit them. Drock parried left the next blow. As he cut short an back the other way cutting the opponent's throat. Grabbing that man's wrist and pulling him stumbling towards the ground. Right into the stomach of the next guy. Drock stepped through a chop taking that man's head as he bent over from the hit. Drock spun behind and kicked the headless corpse into the next fighter. As that one half tripped on the rolling head and was pushed to the ground under its headless body. BLOOD spraying in his face he never saw death coming. Drock had kept high and came down full force and weight behind the tip of his sword. Which went right through the blood covered face&head of the man. The sword buried to the hilt. Drock stood leaving the sword where it was staked. He spun left catching the wrist of his next attacker's right arm. Using the man's swing and his left palm he locked and snapped the elbow joint. With a loud poping crackling noise. As the man screamed in pain. Drock back hand chopped his left hand into his throat. Pain and lack of air the man couldn't fight back. As Drock's hand slid back to his right shoulder. And his right heal stomped through the man's right knee. Crushing it side ways. As Drock brought the broken arm up and pushed down and over on the shoulder until it made the same poping noise as the elbow joint. Telling him he had ripped the shoulder out of socket. The poor broken man's grip on his sword loosened. And Drock grabbed it from his grasp and double handed thrust the sword through the man's skull straight into his innards. All the way to the hilt. Then kicked the corpse to the ground. Drock spun right chop blocking the arm of the next incoming attack. He then caught hold and pulled the man foward as he jabbed his left fingers under his rib at a upward angle curled his fingers in a grip like position. And jerked up and out breaking and pulling two ribs out the man's right side.Bloodsquirting out where the ribs tore through flesh. Drock stopped the man's scream with a right palm strike to the jaw so hard it both broke jaw bone and dislocated the joints. He then grabbed both top and bottom sides of the man's head and twisted. Snaping his neck so hard vertebrae was sticking out. As that man to died in a pain filled bloody heap. The next man came screaming at Drock sword raised above his head. Drock stepped into the charge. Grabbing the man's throat squeezing with all his might and ripped his hand backwards, taking two-thirds of the throat with it .Blood spraying out as the sword and man fell harmlessly to the ground. Drock's bloody hand still clung to bits of bloody flesh. He threw this into the face and eyes of his next attacker. Grabbing his sword arm. And rolling twist under it. As he pulled forward and used his hip as a fulcrum. Flipped the man through the air slamming him down on the ground back first. Drock twisted the arm as his body dropped to a kneeling position 180 degrees the other side of where he started. As bones snapped and popped he turned the arm into a pretzel. The man's own blade, still in his grip, stabbed through his ribs with Drock's bodyweight and strength behind it. Drock came to his feet turned around to a man charging him. Drock dropped to one knee dodging below the wild attack. And punched the man in the solarplexius. Knocking the air out of him . But the man didn't stop He swung down to the right. Drock dodged under it and to the left. Using his right fist he punched the left ribs so hard they cracked. ( Not broken just cracked). Then the man in pain, rage and panic tried again this time from above to the right. And Drock dodged again. This time punching the man's right ribs with his left hand. And cracked them. Then caught the man by the neck before he could recover from the pain and threw him against a nearby boulder. Drock took his left foot as he had turned side ways to the man. And brought it up and kicked the man straight in the center of the ribs with a massive side kick. He used to break 4x6 post with. The cracked ribs buckled under the hit on both sides, bursting out of both sides. As blood smashed heart, lungs, intestines, liver, and stomach, came oozing out the man's mouth, nose and drawers. The next man came at Drock with a over head chop. Drock caught the blade between his bloody palms. He pushed the blade so's that the handel went down towards the ground as far as the man's arms could stretch. And forward o's that the blade tip was under the man's chin, the handel pointing towards Drock. Drock brought his right knee up to the pommel and up , with such force the blade burst out the top of the man's head. He did this in less time than a eye blinks. The next attack came from overhead at a angle to the right. Drock half stepped left and spun as he came just out of reach of the blade tip. And around stepping inside the swing. Right palm on the back unsharpened side if the blade just above the handel guard. Left hand grabbing the bottom of the handel. Both palm pushing and fist pullind. Reversing the blade back towards the man as it came up with palm pushing it through. Cutting the man from groin to upper abdomen. Drock released the weapon as he kicked the man's left foot out sideways six inches. to allow the man's blood and guts to spill out the cut he had just made clean through front to back. The man died screaming trying to reach and grab to hold it all in. Drock took the swords from the next two attackers. And split their heads in two. Spun around blocking high with left sword and stabbing forward and up, with the right, as he dropped down to his right knee. Skewering the next man to come. He continued to kill like this till there were piles of bodies around him. And he stood there looking at the carnage he had wrought. As he held high the head of the last man to attack. He saw the bodies of both Brude and Tokor. And the head he held high was Tran's. Some where along the way both armies stopped fighting each other and tried to stop the carnage Drock was bringing. They had canceled the war and were now both trying to take down this MONSTER. That couldn't be stopped that killed everyone friend and for alike. Drock found himself surrounded by two armies. As he lost all will to stand and was hacked to pieces. And what was left of both tribes learned that you start a war you better be prepared for the carnage that is sure to find you. Neither side had enough people to survive when armies of other nations came calling. As Drock even now in death could hear the call for BLOOD!!!!

Wow that got messy!!!! Something went horribly wrong there. Everyone died!.... The good the bad the ugly! All of them!!!!!!!

rainbow A long time ago. A life time to the priest. There was a major storm. A devastating storm a Special storm. A life changing event. As a priest of a tempest god , a walk in a storm was a show of faith and a pleasure. But this was no regular storm. The priest had been out to enjoy the rain and energy of the storm. But when it became hurricane level he stayed. Even when it kept getting worse the priest did not head for shelter. For he believed in his God. And trusted in the fact that his God wouldn't do him harm. The storm became worse a category 7 Storm with funnels, rain , hail & lightning. Trees flew away and the hail hurt. The drenching rain soaked him. It was the lightning that was the worst. Where it struck holes in the ground and stone were left behind. Then he reached the eye of the storm. Here was a calmness in the storm. Except for the lightning it seemed to be balling up building power. Then it came down just feet away from the priest. The ground beneath him was granite. Yet it was turned into dust before his eyes. Inside the crater was a bronze dragon egg. There was no dragons and no one else there. The egg was crackling with lightning. But the priest picked up the egg. As he did so the storm went away. It hatched and a baby dragonborn was inside. The priest named him Storm! The priest returned to the temple. The whole time looking for a rainbow but could find none. Had he paid closer attention the rainbow was around the egg and the baby dragonborn only. For it was th he new life that the rainbow was for. Today this day many years later Storm leaves on his own to adventure in the West marches. The priest watched the young dragonborn who was like a god given son to him go. And if you look carefully as he walked away there was a rainbow around him and only him.

Gray He was born in a small town. In a small kingdom. He was raised in a small gray house. But wanted for nothing. He was trained in the small army of the kingdom. He wore gray armor and uniform of his kingdom. He was not a noble, he was not favored. But he still held rank. So on the dark dreary gray day the orcs and goblins gray of skin, came to lay siege. He bravely faced them. He lead the charge from the keep. A wall of gray soldiers. Met the gray skinned enemy. As rain fell as if the gray sky wept. He stood proud in the front line, fighting in the gray blood soaked mud. His gray wall of soldiers turned back the gray skinned orcs and goblins. When all was said and done he lay in the gray mud in his gray armor and gray uniform. His name etched into his gray head stone. Honored among the small gray kingdom. His name was " Gray".

Fortitude He didn't have the fortitude to sit still all day. He was always moving. He didn't have the fortitude to study books. His mind always wandered. He didn't have the fortitude to out run the others in races. But he could keep going all day if he had to. Just slower. He did have the fortitude to take every hit thrown his way. And get up and hit back. Which in this war torn world was the best fortitude to have.

Vacation Vacation??? What's that? Honestly I've personally never had one. Never been some place special just to have fun for anything other than a few hours. Yes that was say a zoo a museum or a amusement park. But go some where for 24hr or more take time off work ect. Nope never. It's like owning a pc or having internet or cable. A rich person's domain. That being said a dream vacation would be say 2 weeks or more in Japan. Even if it's just going city to city island to island see everything and maybe learn some history to each place. Yes I'd love to be there have a sword hand forged for me as I watch. Or spar with a few sword masters. But just being there would be enough. To me that would be a true vacation.

Mother Nature The planet was changing. Things weren't what they once were. Covered with factories, mines, and cities. Almost all the natural resources were gone. Pollution everywhere. But they wanted more. And it was never enough. It wasn't enough when the air was poisoned. It wasn't enough when storms ravaged the skies. It wasn't enough when the seas and oceans dried up. Now the quakes and more. Still they wanted more. But What they got was not the more they wanted. Sink holes, cracks like canyons , and weather that no living thing could survive. Then it happened.... Plant like poisonous thorny vines erupted from the quakes. The size of mountains. In the cities, factories, and mines. Crushing everything the buildings machines and those that built them. There was no escape. The whole planet was wrapped in the leafless vines. Mother nature's revenge. Mother nature hid the water the wildlife the plants from those who only take. Then mother nature fought back. And first swept away anything that was not mother nature. Then volcanos erupted burning away the vines and covering the land in the ashes. The storms raged so hard they pushed all the poisons and gasses out into space. And then rain from above and the hidden water from below created rivers lakes and streams. And new plants and trees sprouted . Insects, animals, and sea creatures returned.The forest and life of mother nature came back. Mother nature took back the planet. Mother nature won. The moral is don't mess with mother nature.

Ok so I had 5 paragraphs written for this one and the site crashed and I list it. So I really don't want to do this one again as I can't remember my story and now have to come up with something neŵ....again. I so hate doing things 2xs. So if this is underwhelming sorry my heart ain't in it after the first set back....

Cat It ran along alone. Looking for food. Something to play with. Company. Survival. There wasn't much here. The buildings were crumbling. Fires burned everywhere. The people were gone. The dogs, insects, rabbits, and squirrels were gone. As it ran along looking for something anything. It realized even the birds, mice and rats were gone. There weren't even food stuff people used to leave around. Just Smoke, ash, fire, and death. Death was all around. For days everything burned and nothing living moved. Except for it. It had to find something some where. Not even water for days. It slunk from shadow to shadow rubble to rubble. Crater to crater. Nothing was there. A satellite passed over recordings the surface below. All was destroyed. All was dead. All was burning. Craters everywhere. The A.I. knew not what from. But for 3 days it followed something. Movement. The last living thing on a dead world. It wondered why. It wanted to see. It to was alone. But it could do nothing but watch. And so it did it watched the Black shape move and search until it suddenly stopped. It lay down in the center of a crater and ceased to be. The satellite zoomed in closely on the little black shape. And watched it die alone. It was a Cat.

This is nothing like the original story the other had to do with a dead man's last memories and a black cat. But that story is gone as I can't even remember the first line or the plot. So I hope this will surface.
