Speaking of which, how is everyone doing with regards to their character sheets? Is everyone all done, or are you still working on them. I'd appreciate a bit of a roll call for that.

I've been busy this weekend, so I haven't finished mine. Should be done tonight, depending on how late I get home. If not, tomorrow night at latest.

No rush. One of our players is undergoing a move this week, and I'll be out of contact with the internet over the weekend, so we'll probably get the IC underway next monday.

Sir Issac Mason Bancroft is complete to the point that all he needs is item selection so that we can begin play as needed.

With pending receiving of shipment, unpacking, AND starting new position, posting may be slower than normal on my end.

So I got back from my trip a little later in the day then planned, so sorry about that. Still no character sheet from 2nd Chance, but I'm going to get going on the IC anyways. I don't think the mechanics should be crucial for the first few posts, and hopefully everything will get worked out before we need to roll anything.

Alright, so the first IC post is up. Feel free to take your time if you'd like to roleplay around the camp and how your character is taking the loss of Rani / the sudden responsibility of running the company. Feel free to interact with any of the other players or any of the NPCs listed in the People of Interest hider of the Running the Company thread. Whenever you're all ready, your first group decision awaits: you need to decide which direction to march the company.

If you take a look at yourJungle Map here, you'll see that most of it is blacked out. As you explore, more will be revealed. The hex you're camped in currently, your starting point, is Rani's Rest. From there you can travel East, West, North East, or North West. From the scouting the company has done, each direction leads towards Moderate Jungle, the same sort of terrain you're currently camped in. Once I've got a vote from everyone as to which direction they'd like to go in (votes should go in the map thread), and once everyone's happy with the amount of roleplaying they've done in camp, we'll transition to the next area.

Sorry for the delay. I put in my 2-week notice on Thursday and my life's been ridiculously stressful since then. I'll be the fifth person leaving my department in three weeks because the company is going to hell in a hand basket. Not good times.

Anywho, I'll have the character sheet done in just a bit.
