Hey Azrael, you all ready used the hex against the leader. You can' t use the Slumber Hex against the same enemy more than once in a twenty four hour period. Do you want to change your action?

I was going to shift the hex to a different goblin but both of the other goblins were dealt with.

I did forget to cross out the goblin. I crossed out the leader as well from the combined attacks of Skones and Azrael.

It seems like you've decided that you need to find which guard was on gate duty during the festival. How would you like to go about this?

I would say we should talk to either the Guard Captain or the Mayor, depending on who we can find first.

Mayor or the Sheriff's a good bet. Sheriff might be easier to find as he is more likely to be out and about handling chaos vs. the Mayor.
