Official MIA and Returning Thread

I'm going to be leaving for about a week and a half. I'm moving and I figure thats about how long it will take the renovations and whatnot to be finished.

I apologize for any inconvinience this may cause in the games I'm in and running. Sorry about the short notice on my vacation as well to those I remembered to post to. The vacation has turned into a move due to family matters. I hope to be back around the end of June.

Well I'm back. Regardless of my housing situation I'm back because I have library internet! I don't rely on house connections anymore. The only restriction is instant messaging and online games that I can't make run on my laptop anyway.

I will be in Illinois from the 11th to, uh, I don't know when I'll be back.

I’m sure ya’ll’ll miss me. My disappearance is going to wreak havoc with my RL gaming group, as my characters have become pseudo-leaders or outright leaders within the myriad campaigns.

That, and I seem to be able to smooth over the rough edges of the interpersonal politics of that group. I fear that there will be a small explosion of animosity while I’m gone, but it’s probably unfounded. I mean, they’re all adults, and adults don’t let petty differences cause major… damn it, yes they do.

Oh well, whatever happens, happens.

Well, here goes me. First of all, people might have noticed that I most much less than usual, especially in my games(the latter is due to the fact that I usually need 15-20 mins per post per game). I have some hardcore exams on my head, the last one the day after tommorow, so most of the heat is gone. However, I will be working for two months in another country, and I pray for an internet connection(it's a law firm, they better have one :biggrin: ). If not, well...expect occasional post every now and then from good old Aahz.

wtf!!! lol, im gone for about 5 weeks, and all i had in my inbox was 4 pm's? common, didnt anyone notice i was gone? *looks in elfmans6's direction...* Sesh.... nobody missed mr. arse-kicker at ALL???

Anyway, im back. After my last visit, i got a call that said my mom had passed away during her checkup. I finally got all the stuff taken care of, and just the day before yesterday, my book of complete warrior came in and i remembered i left the site and never said anything! then i discovered sometime that i lost my little sticky note with my password on it, so i couldnt log in!!! sesh i got terrible, evil, pitiful luck. Well, thanks farland for helping me out. I here rpxp heading your way. lol.

Man, I'm really sorry about your Mom. My dad passed away unexpectedly a few years back, so I can sympathize. And welcome back. Also, thank Admin Rodrigo for clearing up the password thing-- I just PMed him.

Sadly I am taking an extended break from DnD online due to RL issues that seem to have taken over my life completely and I don't think I will be back in the foreseeable future.
