Welcome to the 17th year of Iron DM!

Let's get some chatting happening as this year's Iron DM competition warms up! And don't forget to get those round zero entries in!

If anyone has any questions, this is where to ask them.

The rule for discussion on ingredients applies to everyone, participant or not, so as not to bias judges. Since it has worked well the last few years, we will stick with the "once a match is completed, while the judges are judging entries, discussion of ingredients is allowed in this thread, as long as it is placed within a Spoilerbutton that clearly marks it as being ingredient discussion. (If you want to be safe, "Ingredient Discussion - Not to be opened by Judges" is an acceptable example you can copy).

Yep... just finished up today. The back is waiting for the winners chart... but after that, I'll try to get it anywhere the winner is!

That is bonkers crazypants amazing. I am so impressed that there's an actual physical real trophy that the winner is going to be able to grapple to their heart and then proudly display. And it's beautiful! What a fine piece of crafting.

NOTE: Because of concerns about ongoing copyright issues, we are reverting back to the name of "Iron DM," at least for the 2023 contest.
Some previous posts might still contain the wording "Iron GM" as we go back and revise the wording, but unless otherwise stated the information in those posts is still accurate.

savoylen, that is some fantastic work.

I missed last year's competition (and pretty much everything else over the last 18 months or so), but just finally got to a point where I felt like jumping back into gaming. So I logged back in, and saw this...it's certainly something to get the creative juices flowing!
