Please bear with me as I take the time to consider the applications. It seems very likely that I’ll need until Wednesday. There are too many worthy applicants and deserving applications to base my choices on those factors alone. You all have presented me with an embarrassment of riches of options. I’ll need to think about the stories that your characters will tell together, and how those play with my own ideas. So I pre-apologize to all you worthies that I will inevitably turn down; you needn’t blame anyone but me for the outcome. I’m off to muse and gnash my teeth, and then I’ll return. I’ll announce my choices publicly here.

Thanks for your patience! I've come to a decision.

I swear every recruitment gets harder and harder. I'm turning down many people who gave There should be an Application of the Month competition, alongside Post of the Month! These things take as much effort, or more, than a good post.excellent submissions, and who I've enjoyed playing with in the past. Folks stuck to a narrow range of classes - there was a lot of competition in the space of warlocks and monks and druids in particular. So it goes; my apologies to all, and I hope I get a chance to play with you all at some point down the road. But it's time to pull the band-aid off.
