Sounds like you would probably know Eve and Vanessa then. Possibly Fr. Brian Lebvedev as well but he was away for a bit.

Would any character have encountered Mirrel before he came to Eastpass, possibly through his days as a travelling entertainer?

Maru likely knows Jacob Parson and Gerrad Lackman pretty well in Eastpass. She's been active there for the last few years, so she'd know anyone who's been living there around that long.

She may have run into Mirrel depending on where he performs - she's mostly going around places that need mercenaries and guards for jobs. She's probably been to Silverymoon at least once or twice, and could have caught a performance there.

Indeed! Eve and Vanessa are both pretty hard to miss in a small town, and probably even the good friar before he left.

Vohja LIVES for people coming through the sleepy town, so definitely would have come to see a traveling entertainer. Spends a lot of time at the only inn in town, window watching, hoping for adventurers, mercenaries, entertainers and anyone with books for sale for his past 4 years in Eastpass.

Kiani obviously wouldn't know anyone, but she has been spying on everyone in one way or another. Lots of Ariel/Quasimodo-like people watching from afar. Well not that far.
