For post rate, all I ask is once per week, but I'm okay if it goes faster.

As for taking a language, I hadn't considered that. I suppose, no, you wouldn't start with a tool unless you took an ability that granted tool proficiency.

@Fatgunn Smite is radiant or necrotic, chosen when you use it. Just so it's not useless against enemies that have resistance/immunity to one or the other.

I'm assuming that the ability, Divine Grace, has to be taken each time you pick a new weapon? Also does this work with Psionic Weaponry?

As written, it would be needed for each new weapon, yes. I can change it to work more like the one monk ability, where you can change it each long rest. But yes, it works with psionic weaponry. Edit: It has been changed.
