Klazz, just wanted to say I'm really excited for this month's contest - thanks mostly to the combination of genre/topic/challenge. It will be tough to thread the needle on your choice, but it should lead to some interesting stories. My favorite aspect of these contests is seeing what direction people take and how they incorporate the ideas into a story. Should be interesting this month.

I am glad you like it It is only through the suggestions of our fellow members that it was possible for me to format it this way, so you guys make sure to keep it coming. All of the ideas so far are awesome and I will be implementing them all in the future.

Well I've got a rough draft together for the next contest. I hope you'll all forgive me for another episode of the adventures of Thorn of the Skunkapes. I just can't shake the idea of taking this campaign world and character to the next level. I don't know if I've got the props to go pro, as it were. Maybe it's easier to wonder than it is to find out that you can't hang with the big dogs.

I'm new to the forum and joined to learn to play by post, but stumbled across this part of the forum as I was looking around and I'm very intrigued. Definitely a cool idea. Probably won't have time to read and vote on the current contest since it ends today, but I'm really excited for the next contest submissions to be posted for voting. Might even consider trying some creative writing myself. How often do you run the contests?
