If I understand correctly the weapon bonus is the spell slot used so since I sacrificed a level 1 spell slot, the enchantment is a +1

This page shows the amount of bonus (Spell-slot), they need to activate a special enchantment. I used 'Shock' which needs an enhancement bonus of +1 (Spell level 1), when she sacrificed the spell she also gained +1 to attack and damage. Also Sorrow doesn't have access to any cantrips, she only has her gun and 2 level 1 spell slots.

I think the one part that you're forgetting is this:

A weapon with a special ability must also have at least a +1 enhancement bonus.

So before you can add shock to the weapon it would need to either already have a +1 bonus on it, or you need to wait until you are able to sacrifice a level 2 spell in order to add +1 and shock at the same time.

While a masterwork weapon provides a +1 enchancement bonus to attack rolls, it in itself is not the same things as the magical "enhancement bonus" required above.

From what I'm reading, the best you can do at first level, is a +1 enchantment bonus... unless you find a +1 gun at first level.

Am I the only one who would like a faster pace on the posting? I think 3/week per player could be cool. What do you people think?

I'm game... But I'm still at the mercy of other people keeping up the post rate. I don't want to barrel forward without letting people have the time to post. My personal preference is 2/week.
