Trip to Lepidstadt

Kendra takes time to arrange the sale of her home and estate.
She arranges for her personal belongings to be shipped at a later date.

And finally, she packs two large duffels of clothing and possessions, and declares herself ready for the road.

GM: Post individually what you are each doing to prepare for the trip, how you're handling possessions and the travelling arrangements, etc.

This will open the second of the six books of Carrion Crown.

Chemistry doesn't have much that she can't carry. Just her jewelry making tools. She asks Kendra if she can keep on of the soft pillows she's been using so far.

Kendra smiles and tells Chemistry, Of course.

Then she asks, For my luggage, and sleeping pad, what are your travel plans?

Kazgar pretty much carries his few worldly possessions with him at all times

"Hopefully there are inns along the way, but I'm not that familiar with this area," says Chemistry. "Does anyone know?"

The trip is about 100 miles, no inns or cities along the way. Time to travel depends on your mode; Walking, wagon or horses... each has a different speed.

"If there are none, probably people don't travel between these two places often. We should buy a few tents, at least. I have a good pillow." Chemistry smiles.

No carts seem to be able to handle all that the group is bringing, you seem to need a full wagon.
Do you want a single team (2 draft horses) or a four-up (two teams, 4 horses)?

Who will be riding in the wagon, who driving (seats 2 up front), and who is either walking or on horseback?

Basically I need a 'travelling' marching order.

Chemistry would like to ride a horse. Are there enough horses available in town? Does Kendra have any?

I think a 2 horse wagon would be enough.

Horses are available. Kendra will pay for the team and her wagon, y'all can pay for your own horse.
Figure 20% discount (the town is quite grateful the ghost problem has been eliminated) from the book, you pick the horse.

Someone will need to actually drive the team for Kendra, she's not skilled or strong enough to handle a team of draft horses.

Kasgar has the strength, not the skill { handle animal -1 } but would be riding in the wagon, perhaps in back, as a guard.
