Window is actually just barely a size kat can get through. But definitely the Beast could not fit through it.

Kat finds footprints, some kind of a boot but not really distinguishable print. They lead to the window from a path, then back to the path. The window is not broken, but is unhooked.

Kat climbs back inside, shuts the window "I think our mystery visitor cleaned this area, making sure that people like us, wont find anything. I think we need to go tell our lawyer that there was an unlocked window to this room and it was probably cleaned to keep us from finding any evidence."
