Well Hermando would've been away whilst this "gang" was forming and Valati never had any trouble with them as he was a well liked adult, Mitchell isn't instantly recognisable because he's fairly new in the group.
Basically the information Valati now knows (because he knows its a group and not the one now) is that basically there's a bunch of kids, some urchins but most children of parents who either work too hard or don't care enough to rein them in (took me three tries to pick the right rein there, stupid homophones). They are annoying to some and helpful to others, vandalism is a big step up (down?) for them. Normally petty theft is their worst crime and that's rare and only to feed those who go without.

So everyone knows, I'm going to be stepping away from this game for a while. Upcoming real life activities going to be cutting into what would be on-site time. So just assume Valati hangs around the station cleaning or doing paperwork or something. Thanks.

Tin-T the Unyielding
Human Barbarian, with a never ending thirst for battle equality Alignment Neutral (loose lawful outlook) Class Barbarian Appearance To say that Tin-T was a beast of a man would be like saying an ancient red wyrm spits cinders; A complete understatement. Tin-T stands at 6'6" and weighs roughly 250 pounds. He is lean, but seemingly cut from stone. It is even said that his skin is as hard as iron. His long black hair falls down just past his shoulders, and a prominent scar descends diagonally across his whole face. This mans eyes are rife with a savage fury that has been known to never falter. His crooked smile only accentuates his clean chiseled features, and giving way to his truly bedraggled and almost world worn appearance. If his clothes weren't constantly ripped, torn and slashed from almost constant combat he would look like a weathered general of sorts, albeit a psychotic one, but a weathered general none the less. This is something to say seeing as he is only in his late twenties. Background When you raise yourself on the street, you learn that life is a constant, and on going battle, but what usually doesn't happen is those that choose to fight on and live life, revel in the battle, and take it that much farther. Tin-T grew up a street urchin, and made his way through life using what his gift was. His body. He was always bigger than everyone else, and when you're on the street you can't take any guff from anyone, or else your life will be a living hell. Tin learned this quickly and by the age of 14 he was already single handedly taking out full grown adults in brawls. Soon he took to fighting for money, never giving up, and never losing. To lose is death, or so he thought. One day he fought a man who was so far beyond his skill level that no matter what he did, what he tried, or how hard he fought, Tin was powerless. This only enraged the young man, and when it came time to deal the finishing blow, the man walked away. Furious the young Tin called for the man to take his prize and claim his life, but the man said there was no use in killing someone weak. That he had given his life to the boy, and that Tin should not use it for pity, and self hate, but to better himself in his craft, and to seek out that man and beat him. This was his driving force in the years to come. For the years to follow Tin honed his art, and had now bested many men in combat. Before he was killing for survival, but now he refused to kill, lest the opponent was strong enough; They never were. After a while Tin joined up with the guard, knowing full well they fought the worst the city had. What he lacked in formal skills, and tact he made up for with brute force, and a fearlessness not seen by other guardsmen. It was after joining the guards that he found the man he had sought after. The man that had defeated him those many years ago. It was the squad leader of his guard squad. Tin held nothing back, calling the man out in front of his peers, and superiors. When the fight was over the captain lay dead, and the once young Tin-T stood victorious. The Captains last words were shared close, and only between himself and Tin, but those last words are what saved him from formal execution, and presented him with the job of squad leader for that particular squad. You see the old leader refused to step down from his seat, until he had it taken from him by one of his subordinates, and there was only one way to do that; which had just been accomplished. Sometime later when the guard decided they wanted to try and "domesticate the more unsavory parts of the city, they posted the job, looking for those stupid and desperate enough to take the job. Tin was furious he was not contacted to take this job immediately, seeing as he was the only one with enough guts to take it on himself. So he dropped from his position as squad leader to become one of these lowly left for dead guards. With his crooked, and devilish smile he readied for the battles to come, but first he needed to pass the interviews. Interviews from people who were not fond of how he came to power, but also those who respected his own personal power.
