I guarantee it's not as instant-death as Cyberpunk. If you roll a natural 1 when you throw a grenade, you kill your party. When you don't quite scout an entire building properly, you kill your party. When you take a single bullet to your chest(unarmored), you die. And the list goes on. I doubt even GnG combat will be that bad.

Oh, and Cyberpunk is still very fun. So easy to make characters.....I wonder why <evil grin>

Easy to make characters so long as you don't want to actually do their gear.

Personally, I preferred Cyber Generation. Or Shadowrun (where my heart truly lies).

I love me some shadowrun. Once our party all died because the C4 we tried to use to break a door brought down a mega skyscraper on our heads.

You know, looking over our party, we've got 3 characters with backstab, 2 frontline fighters, and 2 characters that depending on build could be frontline fighters. I pity anything we're able to get ahold of.

Kextor in Pathfinder, making items doesn't take xp. Craft Reserve is kinda pointless. . .

If you took a level in Drunken Brute Barbarian you could drink formulae and mutagens as a move action without provoking AOO's in combat. >>

Barbarian is something I've considered for him, it would make sense with his backstory, but it might be a bit much, strength 27 at 2nd level... That's just begging the dm to step in and lay the smack down.

Lmao! On top of that, if you have ale to drink than you don't expend a rage round when raging.
Granted, once you end your rage you are nauseated for 1 round per drink imbibed while raging on top of your normal fatigue.

By the way, thanks to you introducing me to the Grim n Gritty system, my friend and I have set about re imagining the d20 modern setting with a more gritty, realistic feel. : D
Also, it has spurned me to start work on a system that I have been holding off on for a long time.
It's like Hellgate London meets Fallout with some other elements involved.
