Yes is is overpowered. For some balance ideas on auras, look at the Dragon Shaman class from Player's Handbook II. DR 5/- is something generally possessed only by the highest level barbarians, with proper feat selection at that, and fast healing is game breaking when it affects that many people. The bonus feats, armor bonus and other things are fine, I would suggest capping all the bonuses at three and only letting them have one aura active at a time until level 10 when they can have 2.

Very well. I'll add the aura limit. However, Aura of Loyalty is intentionally powerful. It's the bread and butter of the entire build, which is designed for large-scale battles (making it great as an NPC general of sorts).
