@Chukie1188 - The extra +1 comes from the charming trait, which reads as follows:
Charming
Blessed with good looks, you’ve come to depend on the fact that others find you attractive.

Benefit: You gain a +1 trait bonus when you use Bluff or Diplomacy on a character that is (or could be) sexually attracted to you, and a +1 trait bonus to the save DC of any language-dependent spell you cast on such characters or creatures.

Now unless your character is 100% straight as an arrow (for the females) or bendy like the rainbow (for the males) then the +1 applies. However, I'll leave it up to the players to figure out their characters sexual orientations, and mentally subtract the +1 if it's applicable to do so.

@Panthas - I was intending to be funny when I said 'how rude!' (picture a snobbish, high-pitched british accent when you read that), I know why you posted the arrow bit

@epelj1 - Looking closely at Isis, you realize her hair has been dyed recently and she has a rather dusky skin tone compared to most women from this region, suggesting that she may have been born elsewhere. Her explorer's outfit looks brand new as well, and the heaviness of her cloak as she moves suggests the pockets hidden in it's lining are well stocked with supplies. Hidden under her cloak, you can just make out a necklace with a partially obscured holy symbol dangling from it. It's hard to tell, but it looks like a golden disc with three points protruding from the center, arrayed at 120 degree angles from each other. I'll let you decide if a knowledge (religion) check is called for there.

@Chukie, Aldo is my comic relief. I have no idea if he'll be actually useful in the game or not, but I plan on having him do all kinds of crazy things.

A second 'Fortunately', Elzana is also an Improvisationalist, and can make any kind of check she wants.

It works. Sometimes RP time is good. Especially at the beginning of a large adventure like this, let's us get to know each other as well as our own characters. I still don't know Elzana very well.

You know, as far as I can tell, Beltan is really asexual. He has no interest in women or men, just his deities and his duties. I mean, in a way that is almost counter to what Erastil would want, he likes family and such, but Beltan likes to adventure and also be a part of communities. Having a relationship and a family would inhibit that for them. He gets itchy feet now and then and is apt to simply disappear in the night if he has been in one place too long with things growing stale like the typical duties of a small village priest of Erastil.

@epelj1: With a nat 20, you'll definitely notice my spirit familiar, Nixxy, who as of yet has remained hidden in my backpack. It looks like a very strange hybrid between a fairy and an imp, with fair skin and fairy-esque wings, but long, fanged teeth and wicked claws. There's a reason she usually keeps it hidden .

@epelj1 - Perhaps the forming relationship between her and Isis will help you define her better.

As for the lies, well, I don't intend to keep her identity a secret forever from the PCs. She's not putting all of her efforts into this particular ruse, it's more just as a safety precaution than anything else. It's also not surprising that Elzana would be the most aware of the little details Isis is showing, the great socialite that she is and all. I'll let the DM dictate if the rolls would indicate more or less than this, but the holy symbol belongs to Calistria and the skin tone would seem to indicate that at least part of her ethnic background has roots in either Northern Garund or else somewhere in Casmaron.

The irony of all this is, that while Beltan knows Isis is lying, he actually doesn't care. He can understand hiding one's name, after all, if he ever returned to his birthplace he would hide his, though he doesn't have the same name these day as he used to.
