Keep what you rolled and go with what you want if Warlock is what your considering your first choice to play. You can make him level 3 with 3,000 starting gold and any applicable rules apply.

Max hit points from beginning character building through acquired levels in game. These game will be combat intensive so having your party able to defend themselves is recommended.

Do you have any house rules?

I was thinking of making a druid, but I forgot that in our local DM group, we've house ruled Druids to be spontaneous casters... since they're useful spells for situation stuff are never memorized when you could have a chance to use them. So instead I shall go with Cleric.

Oracle's can have spontaneous spells.
