Well, she does have a pretty good charisma modifier and Diplomacy and Intimidate are both class skills. So.. yes? Are you asking so you can decide what to do with your character or just out of curiosity?

Yeah, my Bard/Detective is pretty versatile, so I don't want to spend too many skill points on things you're already good at.

What kind of character are you playing? An anti-paladin? As the adaptable Bard (Detective archetype), I'm trying to keep track of what everyone else is doing so I don't duplicate anyone. At the moment, I have a disarm/attack of opportunity build, with a few skills and spells to supplement that.

I believe I'm going to be playing an anti-paladin, which is going to be adapted to be a Chaotic Neutral instead of Neutral Evil. She will be played more often than not neutral, with the occasional bits of chaotic neutral thrown in there... I'm linking my application in the character section now, which was secret in the main post. She is heavy armor, sword and board, high saves... tank/modest damage dealer. (preferably an off-tank/flanking partner in combat.)

Cool. You'll be a better tank than any Bard could be, but my 18 Strength should make me a pretty good damage dealer. Also, yeah, no traits for this campaign. You could ask about the "additional traits" feat, I suppose, especially if the special weapon is important to your character.

I think my character sheet is done, but I have one rules question. If someone moves out of a threatened space, does the attack of opportunity happen before or after they move? I ask because my ranseur has reach, so it only attacks people 10 feet away (instead of the usual 5). This means that if someone moves towards me to attack me, I get an AoO against them, and I could use that AoO to attempt a disarm. But without Improved Disarm, I need to know whether they're still 10 feet away when I make my disarm attempt (and therefore don't get an AoO against me) or 5 feet away (and do).

They are hit before they move. I believe there is a feat or class ability that is able to stop the enemy from moving if hit, so I believe it would have to be before.
