Kikima, Damizaza, Alimama
Gremlins, given their nature, don't seem like the sort to have overly elaborate names, unless it's a way to signify importance, which suggests a growing name as they progress (but as they're homebrew in this case, I can only theorize, Frag would have say if such a thing makes sense or is true). Quirta, Lisama...

Kazza, Delara and Katrina are the ones that some immediately to mind. Gremlins are inattentive creatures who are probably quite fond of double-syllable names. If you want to get fancy, what about Dbera, Dabozzia or Kzotra?
As for Gabby-Gabe, I'm not too sure. I think there might be a few too many little differences between the two for them to be wholly interchangeable, but I'm open to having them know each other. Heck, maybe they're even friends - or maybe they're acquaintances, and this is the first time they've ever had any real, long-term exposure to each other. We'll see. Speaking of which; Frag, I don't suppose our first steps will be the in-character drafting of our characters? Just a guess. ![]() Edit: Darnit, Andramal beat me to the "ADHD Goblins don't need no names" punch. Last edited by Muggins; May 20th, 2014 at 12:25 PM. |

I believe the gremlin names I've used are Wumpus, Fitzwallen, Gremmy, Grump, and Dakka.

@Muggins - I meant the names were similar sounding, not the personalities. But acquaintances or friends, whatever works
![]() ![]() I think I like Kikima, Dbera, and Delara the most. Hmm.. Let's go with Delara. Thanks for the input guys! Last edited by Aerandor; May 20th, 2014 at 02:03 PM. |

@Frag: Since I'm a Chameleon archytype Rogue, I get the ability Effortless Stealth, which allows me to pick a favored terrain. When within that favored terrain, I can take 10 on stealth checks. Every 3 levels, I get to pick a new one.
Now, the rogue talent Terrain Mastery also let's me choose a favored terrain, for which I get the normal ranger bonuses. My question is, do these two abilities function independently and are mutually exclusive? In other words, if I wanted to pick desert for Effortless Stealth, would I have to pick desert again with Terrain Mastery to get the benefits for both? Or could I pick desert with one and say underground for the other and get the benefits for both since I technically have two favored terrains? I'm pretty sure I know the answer, but thought I'd ask. @All: Which would be the best terrain for my rogue to choose, given our starting location: Desert, Urban, or Underground? Urban or Underground makes the most sense to me per se. I would not expect us to be sneaking up on anyone in a desert, which is usually wide open spaces...but there is more than one kind of desert too, so I could be wrong.
I'd say underground if you figure we'll be in 'dungeons' more so, or urban if you want a snooping edge perhaps.

I thought I should say, I'm having a friend over tomorrow today, that is, the 23rd of May, for most of the day so I won't be on that much. Also, I'm working fourteen hours on Saturday... and Sunday... and Monday... so, yeah, I'll try to post if and when I can but no promises.

Muggins: Allow me to make you sadder! That is a silly idea. You should not do it. You should instead punch people with your snake, and be pleased at your melee prowess. Take the Acid Spluck ability if you want to hork blobs of jello.
