No huge rush, I know a fair number of our participants are participating in Outplay this year, so I'm trying to be pretty relaxed. Still, it'd be super cool if people could start formulating opinions about which direction they want the company to travel. Since you've narrowed it down that you want to continue north towards the original destination, I only had Lomi explain the northward routes she's scouted. If you'd like to hear about the other more roundabout alternatives, don't hesitate to ask IC. Otherwise, start getting your votes in on the map page.

So 2nd Chance has been absent for 2 weeks. I've contacted him/her and hope to hear back from them, but we may need to fill a spot in the roster. In the mean time, an IC post is inbound.

Alright, so I've started courting other players from the application thread to substitute for 2nd Chance.

In the meanwhile, is everyone settled on the direction? Only the PCs votes actually determine the company's bearing, so by my count it's:

North West: (Trees) 2 Votes, Dian and Isaac
North East: (Grass) 1 Vote, Syritu

If people are good with their decision, I'll start working on the next big narrative post into the new area.

Do it... if nothing to gain some momentum forward. Nothing like losing someone right out of the gate to slwo things down ... and moving at the same time.

Glad to have you Gun. Sorry I didn't have it up immediately, but I've put together your private thread. Feel free to jump into the in-character thread. With regards to handling Marc's inclusion in the company, I'd like to ask for a simple suspension of disbelief. Marc's still one of the company's leaders, was mentioned in Rani's will, etc. If you're at all inclined, you can do a retroactive write up for Marc's feelings and reactions at Rani's funeral and the change in management, but please don't feel obligated to.

I would really appreciate map coordinates for Isaac and his entourage. I'm working on getting a google docs map up that should allow everyone to move tokens around themselves, but in the meantime we'll have to make do with the static map.

Alright, an editable battlemap with everyone's tokens is up! Here's the link, It's also in the Maps thread, and will be included in the fight's narrative posts. Speaking of which, I have my in-person D&D session tonight, so the update will come either later in the night or early tomorrow morning. Cheers.

I should have ended up at N3 - my error in the summary (though correct first time through). I can't seem to edit the map online - any tips anyone?
