Do you think Barkley has a shot at MVP? I know it will most likely be Lamar Jackson, but I really wish they would make it a true MVP instead of just a QB award.

If he keeps playing like this and stays healthy I’d say he should at least be a consideration. He’s had a bigger impact on our offence than the franchise quarterback. They’re working him like a rented mule though, so I’m just happy when he stands back up after a play. He does have an injury history and losing him almost ensures we lose in the first round of the playoffs.

I’d love him to win MVP just to really rub salt in the giant’s wounds. Not like they could’ve used him this well anyway.

I'm not sure. I'd love to see more diversity of the MVP award, instead of just QBs.

Hasn’t started yet, but my prediction is a Paul decision.
Paul won’t lose because it would destroy his boxing career. Tyson is old and blew thru all his money, he’s willing to do what he needs to do to get a check.

They shouldn’t have called it a boxing match, it was a couple guys dancing.
Tyson connected with 19 ineffectual jabs over an entire 8 round match.

The funny thing is that I think Tyson could have killed him iif he wanted to. Wouldn’t have taken more than a round or two.

I feel like I need a shower after watching that.

It was everything I expected. Complete BS.

Here are the stats… This was a 16 minute fight — 8 shortened 2 minute rounds. That is 960 seconds.

Paul threw 279 punches and landed 78 of them.
Tyson threw 97 punches, landed with 19.

Most of the punches were ineffectual jabs that did nothing even if they did hit.

So Paul threw one punch every 3.5 seconds and connected every 12 seconds.
Tyson threw about one punch every 19 seconds and connected every 50.

They just danced around the ring…



The fight before this was a female match, Taylor vs Serrano.
Serrano LANDED 324 punches and Taylor LANDED 217. (Taylor won, but that is another story).
