Page 135 in the DMG gives the costs
MAGIC ITEM RARITY AND PRICING
After that in the Dungeon Master's Guide lists in in alphabetical order or page 150 What may interest you is the basic... +1 , +2, OR +3 (any ammunition), uncommon (+1), rare (+2), or very rare (+3) You have a bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this piece of magic ammunition. Would that be in addition to mundane costs? Because a mundane suit of plate armor is 1500 gp. Seems like it might be kind of odd if +2 plate armor were cheaper.

Would it make it easier if I switched to the Lord position? I believe to let others play the part of the Hero that if X allows and no one wants it already that I will build the Lord(Lady) Skelburt.
Edit: Saw Ed has the Lord job and so with that we got a good start. X did you add Ed to our war council?

X could we use our build points on things like forges or some sort of means to repair or replace gear? Also what is your ruling on Loremaster UA class wizards and creating magic items?

Yeah I vote for more expensive magic too. At 100 a pop every Mook could have magic items enough to make them a real threat instead of the speed bumps they're intended to be.
Maybe the heros lorld level characters could have a few rares or very rares though. That way they get that extra boost to lift them to boss fight level!
