At first, I was just going to throw our AI overlords (base description generated by Chat GPT) under the bus and blame them. But, upon careful explanation, it looks like that was changed from limbs to limps along one of our edits. Looks like savoylen corrected that this morning.

However.... 'elongated lips' DOES have a certain alien appeal to it.. maybe we should take a vote?

Well well... one week in, and we have had 0 Qs come up in the rules thread. Either people are just familiar enough with the Outplay system now that we are in the 3rd year, or it is simplified enough this time around to keep the basses covered. In any case, we have enough apps posted, (albeit in a WIP status) to run a bracket. That is a good sign this early on.

Once apps are made public, we will have something like Fu's Bar open, for competitors and anyone else that would like a free-form roleplay between rounds. It will be something like a Holodeck in Star Trek.

Oh, definitely the third option of waiting to for the last minute here, lol.

I consider mine semi-done though. As in I like keeping the option to edit open - but and if the buzzer sounds I'll stick by it and I can't think of anything else to do with it. And I'm still willing to jump the table if needed, but seems alright so far.

I definitely haven't thought of anything to do to it beyond spelling and grammer fixes for a while now. I can call mine ready for review I think.

I couldn't find the answer in the materials (on a brief skim), but was there going to be a judge rating in round 0 this year?

probably not. With the number of applications we have, I’m go to have everyone the completed round zero participate in round one.
