Oh man... I knew we shoulda killed them.

I'll probably have David try to keep Issa talking. Hopefully I can learn some of the details of what she's talking about with my ability that lets me learn the true meaning behind someone's words.

If you don't have another plan, maybe Samuel can work on the locked door? I don't like that their first course of action was to trap us in here.

Sam will probably try and access a terminal in the room and see if he can get these two removed from the crew manifest. Probably. And not tonight.

Cool. I just put my post up. The extra time helps a lot, as I'll be busy most of tomorrow.

Got any clever ideas? So far the thoughts that have crossed my mind are:

- Straightforward roll to try to disable the autopilot
- Try to jump off the ship and hope it's not too high in the air already
- Try to harvest a weapon from one of the fallen combat robots

I had only contemplated the first option; your alternates are interesting. I wonder what our chances of bailing on the final round scenario are (Poor Bhel).

It may not be a bad option for at least one of us since they are criminals but I think Sam will be leaning towards:
Telling David they were bounties, not crewmembers.
Calling Issa and Mraak idiots.
Then trying to make sure the ship either doesn't leave the atmosphere or has some sort of shield enabled to fend off any vacuum leaks.

I think I'm going to say that as crewmembers of the ship, we ought to be able to open the door out of here. Then I'll either get Mraak to help me turn off the autopilot or get David to do it. Though, maybe we do want David to have a weapon in case these two get feisty?

I think Mraak opened the door for us.

I think if we both go to the bridge, I can have David like... fake a panic attack ("oh poor me I'm just a ship's counselor I can't handle this"), and run out into the hall to try to pull a weapon off the robot that Wally killed in the hallway. And then you can work with Mraak to stop the autopilot from killing all of us?

I won't have a great chance at a tech roll to take apart a robot (I'd need a 1 or 2 on the 1d I'm gonna have), but the same problem applies to having me help with the autopilot, so /shrug.

Another idea is we could look for some kind of wedge to drive between the two of them, to get them to turn on each other. They woke up knowing each other, which any random pair of captured bounty targets typically wouldn't. So that's interesting... but if their bond isn't close maybe there's something there?

Or convince them Humans aren't dumb anymore. Or ask about their history. Or...I don't know

Yeah... the last roll was trying to learn something about their history, but the dice had other ideas and I think it's better to let it ride there.

Actually, if this was a bounty hunter ship, there must be an armory somewhere on board.

@Bhelogan Did any of the many rooms in the hallway that we didn't cover in detail seem like they were an armory, or crew equipment storage or something like that now that we have the language translated?

If so, my action is probably to go to the bridge, deceive the two aliens into believing I'm running away in panic, so they hopefully won't follow me, and then go there to look for some real firepower.

I don't think he will be excited by it but I think Sam will try and call the Nolrithians and see if they can get rid of these two for us. Opinions?

I'm glad David didn't find a gun. I was getting worried this round would end with David shooting everyone who wasn't named David

Yeah I'm not sure. This is pretty far from how I was hoping it would go... I'll have to think about it for a bit.

@Bhelogan - I don't suppose there's any chance that, if I attack Issa here, I can get a bonus die or something for being armed while she isn't (I also didn't come out of cryosleep 2 minutes ago)? Mraak's warning (hopefully a bluff!) in the other room suggests maybe no... but David didn't hear it so he might go ahead and attack anyway.

It would just be a normal roll, no bonuses to it.
